On one experience I was in need of an odd size Allen Key that they did not have in stock as well as some other tools. They asked if I would like to order the items in and that I could expect them within a few days. Never had any problems. 5⭐️”

If something is out of stock, it's usually out of stock for a while in store which is annoying but they do have a click and collect service to ensure anything you want is for sure there, if you want to use that”

“Very helpful and knowledgeable on all kinds of fixings. If what you want’s got a thread, they’ve got is. Unlike Screwfix where you have to buy a huge box full, you can buy just 1 or 2 and pay proportionately less. They seem to do pretty good deals on power tools too. Worth a look.”
