“I never appreciated how good the layout, quality, store tidiness and overall service was until we called into B&Q for a change! Here we have friendly staff and customer friendly payment tills, happy with cash,card payments and no customer-repelling self service tills which are clearly inadequate for larger items. Good work staff and management and we won’t be going anywhere else again and please don’t ruin everything by getting rid of the tills!”

“I’ve just registered here and what impressed me from the get go, is their telephone system, I tried a few surgerys and got the usual busy tone over and over, which is very frustrating when your Ill and need a doctor, however no such problem here, their system tells me what number I am in the queue should I care to wait, or offered to hold my place in the queue and call me back, I opted for call back and true to their word i got a call back 20 minutes later from a very friendly lady, who advised me to come straight in to register, which I did, this kind of service makes me believe that the patient experience and customer service really matters to these guys, very reassuring. the ladies in reception are ever so friendly, then I had an appointment next day with the nurse and my registration is complete, very impressed so far, I’m looking forward to my next illness haha”

“I have always found Bellevue Surgery to be efficient and helpful. I have been able to get home visits for me and my husband when needed, referrals to other health care when neccessary and the call back feature when you ring is much better than being on hold for ages. Staff are all lovely and everything is spotless. As they have a very large patient list it can occasionally be a little difficult to get an appointment but if you really need to see someone they will do their utmost to see you”
