“Amazing great food. I had wild mushroom risotto, then hake plain grilled/fried in a soup/stock with peas, broad beans, asparagus, pancetta. I loved it and will bring my wife here. Best Italian food I've had for a long time.”
“Had a lovely brunch here a few weeks ago. Had a breakfast burrito and it was delicious. We came along quite close to closing time. They served us with quick service and were very friendly.”
“Every mouthful was perfect. Highly recommended. It's my favourite place to eat in WsM.”
“A very nice vegan/vegetarian cafe, the food was lovely and well presented with beautiful fresh ingredients. Lovely staff. The residential Tom cat is very precious over its domain and has no fear of having a go at your dog. Staff quickly got him inside with a bribe so calm could be restored. A lovely little place for a coffee and bite to eat.”
“I was extremely satisfied with my whole experience of dealing with PW Millar Ltd for the purchase of my new car. Living over 90 minutes away from the dealership, I really appreciated being kept updated with the buying and Part Ex process from start to finish. I am absolutely delighted with my new car and the excellent, friendly service that I received.”
“Nartnapa was a wonderful find! My friend and I were staying the night just next to the restaurant, at Sunny Lyn Holiday Park, while hiking the South West Coast Path. Having walked 20 miles that day, we didn't want to have to walk down (and up again) the big hill into Lynmouth, so we took a chance and popped our heads in at Nartnapa to see if they could fit us in for dinner that night. We were greeted with smiling faces and confirmation that they could seat us. The ambience was happy yet calm, with lots of other satisfied customers already enjoying their food. Our meals were delicious (prawn green curry and pad Thai), and the sticky toffee puddings afterwards really hit the spot. This restaurant is more than just "convenient if staying at Sunny Lyn" - it would be worth a special trip just to enjoy the menu and friendly service.”
“Excellent store, well stocked, clean and friendly staff.”
“Have been coming to this restaurant for many years. Menu changes constantly but never a bad meal. Always choices of exotic meats as well as the staples such as steak and chicken. Staff always friendly and happy to let you know where and what each dish on specials menu consists of. Will happily change choice of sauce if you prefer different to menu.”
“Recently had the pleasure to eat here what an experience, big portions but also good quality, very good prices and a lovely vibe to the place , definitely will be returning, the staff was super friendly and welcoming”
“Had a bacon roll this morning and I was blown away by the flavours and the way it was made so it's a 5/5 for the food. I also had an amazing caramel latte (photo below) and it was for £4 but I honestly think it should cost more, it was extremely tasty amazing! Thank you Wyndham Cafeteria”
“Really nice little cafe, not too busy on a Sunday afternoon and service was friendly without the, "hey guys everything okay?" every 20 minutes. I had a wrap and chose the side salad over chips, the dressing in the side salad was really tasty and my wrap was properly full. Peach ice tea tasted like a proper peach tea rather than a peach syrup concoction. Good selection of drinks in the fridge (was excited to see glass bottles of pop!) as well as hot drinks and smoothies on offer. My friend and I shared a slice of pistachio cake after and that was really tasty, too. Keen to come back and try a breakfast ☺️”
“Lovely wholesome cafe. It’s my mother-in-law’s local and she brings us here every time we visit! The coffee is excellent, the meals are high quality, and they have lots of local products including artisan bread. The sausage roll was one of the tastiest I’ve ever had!”
“Brilliant gem in Cardiff. Amazing service, tremendous food and chilled atmosphere. Big recommendation”
“This was delicious! I had the Stilton & Asparagus Pie which was amazing. The pastry was flaky and crispy, it came with peas and gravy and you could choose the potato type. I chose rustic chips and they may be the nicest chips I’ve ever had! The staff are so friendly and can’t help you enough. The car park can be a bit difficult to find, it’s around the back of the venue, up Greenwood Lane (it says it’s a dead end but you turn off into the car park). Make sure to put your number plate in when you get into the venue!”
“Very friendly staff, food was hot and tasty, cooked well, not greasy at all, well done and thank you. Daughter liked your cakes too...”
“Great Sunday lunch , lovely starters and the gravy was amazing as was the whole roast dinner, all served by 2 lovely waitresses. It was a birthday celebration for my father and he had the fish and chips( best chips ever- crispy, fluffy and thick)”
“No rating for rooms as we just went in for breakfast/brunch. Great service, lovely Welsh breakfast. Sensibly priced, happy to recommend.”
“I had a delivery from here. It was fantastic. Hot and fresh. Its was lovely. I will definitely order again. Thanks guys.”
“5*s. First time going here and we ordered the full English and the chorizo hash. Food was lovely (particularly loved the homemade baked beans) and lots of choice on their menu too. Prices are very fair for the amount and quality of food you get. We got a takeaway brownie which was also amazing so would recommend their sweet treats too. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed and theres a selection of board games here too.”
“This is a great place to eat, the staff are very friendly and helpful, cafe and kitchen are spotless everytime we have used it and the service is second to none, as for the food it's amazing value for money and the cook prepares it as its ordered and it cooked and presented with pride not just slapped on a plate. I love this cafe so dose my wife and 4 of our children along with our grand children we will keep coming back for more as we can't get enough of the best cooked tasty food in this part of Cardiff and all of Canton & Ely areas. 10 out of 10 from our family.”
“Amazing Portuguese deli, filled with Mediterranean goodies to thrill any foodie. Plus, can sit and eat as tucked away in the back of the shop there are a couple of tables and chairs. It's truly charming with a warm & welcoming atmosphere.”
“Cozy, well decorated coffee shop with a great selection of hot and cold drinks and divine homemade cakes! Haven’t had brunch there yet but all the food coming out the kitchen looked and smelled delish. Lovely staff, friendly and welcoming. Bonus that it was dog friendly too! Lush!”
“First time visiting Bragu Cafe. Ordered the maxi breakfast, kids breakfast, English tea & a Nutella hot chocolate. Food was delicious, especially the spicy sausage & chicken bacon. Everything was cooked to perfection & I'm very particular about how my food's cooked. Modern clean interior, reasonably priced food & drink and good customer service. Will definitely be back!”
“Came to Barry for some breakfast before heading off to the beach. I had the eggs Benedict with bacon. Have to say, probably the best eggs I’ve ever had. Both were super gooey and delicious, you can tell they source them fresh. Pleased to see that they source locally when they can! My friends had the veggie breakfast and she was amazed at the value for money - they really fill up your plate . Our servers were attentive and helpful and the food came out in no time. Would recommend”
“Ordered a Donner wrap got given a torpedo for the price absolutely a bargain and to top it off it ain’t no tasteless dry thing it’s absolutely gorgeous”
“This is a wonderful venue, huge choice, excellent quality and good portions. Staff are so welcoming and always extremely friendly. Been coming here for many years and will continue to do so. Well worth a visit.”
“Went for breakfast this morning at 9.30am and I was so impressed! The food was delicious and good value for the quality they are offering. The lady who served us was so welcoming and helpful. We had children with us and she was really good with them and tailored our order. The mystery to me is why it was quiet. There was one other table occupied when we we there and as we left at 11am another table was being taken. The Gallery is clearly Barry’s best kept secret and really deserves to be busy because the food and service and surroundings are perfect. I will definitely be back and would recommend it to everyone.”
“I popped in for the first time this morning. This is a really pleasant and friendly coffee shop. I had 2 excellent and hot cappuccinos. A nice panini too. I then took 3 cookie cakes for my kids and I to share. Wow. They taste so so good. Recommend the choc orange!!!”
“I was visiting Cardiff for a few weeks from Canada, and during my stay this quickly became my go-to spot. Their coffee was excellent and the atmosphere inside was very cozy, but what really made it special was the incredible staff. They welcomed me every day with friendly conversation and genuine kindness. Their Biscoff banana bread is also delicious! If you're in Cardiff, be sure to stop by!”
“Lovely, friendly village coffee shop. A great selection of drinks, cakes and breakfast/lunch. Always a warm welcome.”
