“Used Cwmbran Travel to transport four adults, two babies, five suitcases and hand luggage by minibus to Newport Station at 5.15am . Jan arrived promptly and took us all to meet our Other pick up. What a character she is! So warm and witty but also very professional . On our return journey, we didn’t arrive back in Newport until 1.30am . We hadn’t pre booked our lift back but we phoned Cwmbran Travel asking them to pick us up and take us home. We had to change the pick up time constantly due to circumstances beyond our control. They were brilliant. Kept on moving the time for us until we finally knew exactly what time we would be arriving. Jan met us at 1.30am and took us all back home. We can’t thank you enough for looking after us. Best minibus service bar none. A big thank you to Cwmbran Travel and the lovely Jan. You will be the first company we call next time we need a lift. Five stars from us.”

Dropped the car off this morning and was told I would receive a call when the car was ready to collect, sure enough I received a call as promised, with all work carried out to a very high standard. Having spoke to 2 gentlemen who work there this afternoon it’s clear to see their passion for their work and their knowledge, I also believe I have found my new go to garage for any other work I may need doing to my current car. Really friendly staff with excellent knowledge and customer service skills. Top job.”
