He told me it would probably be ready about Lunchtime but in fact rang me back after a very short time to tell me it was done!! Reasonable price to fit new bulbs. “I am petrified of the dentist thanks to an awful dentist (butcher!) when I was young. I have avoided going for so many years despite my teeth being very bad. I finally had to go due to cavity and getting excruciating nerve pain. After a few calls, I got an appointment with Torcross for following day. The ladies in the reception were lovely and helpful. I went upstairs and only one other person was in the waiting room but within a minute I was called into the consultation room. And met Dr Tang. I explained the issue and my extreme anxiety. He was so nice and explained everything and within 10 minutes, he had put a temp filling in and explained what we would need to do next. I have a follow up appointment for next week and I would never say I am looking forward to it but I am more comfortable and will be less stressed / anxious / afraid. Thank you Dr Tang / Torcross”

“Absolutely first class. I had a problem with a constantly running old Bristan classic tap. I went to my local plumbing merchant who told me that I would need a new cartridge and that washers don't exist for this tap anymore etc etc etc. Being a bit sceptical I went to these guys for a second opinion as I really don't know much about taps at all. I showed to sales guy a photo of the tap and he instantly told me what I needed to do and gave me two washers to complete the job. Within 5 minutes or getting home the tap was fixed.
