Company should be proud, not only does she have the best customer service, she makes sure I don’t leave empty handed, which puts the money in the till.”

Nice selection of food in the foodhall and reasonable selection of clothing although I prefer to shop online for these items. Parking is usually good but these last months with the construction and addition of the latest drive-thru has been nothing short of a nightmare. Have avoided shopping at the Arena because of this as parking and leaving the site has been difficult.”

On many occasions staff had (probably unknowingly) told me there wasn't a product but she got us those products or at least checked. She did not need to but her kindness and way with people is worthy of management. She will go far and Aldi will lose her if they don't appreciate her.
