Both Sam and Amith were both extremely friendly and helpful, Sam tried very hard to change the wiper arm but couldn’t manage it so he advise me to go to a local garage. “Came in to purchase a fridge/freezer, washing machine, tv, hoover and monitor after purchasing my first home and Ali was so helpful, he advised on the size of the TV for our room and the better fridge/freezer with better specs which was even a lower price than the one I wanted as it was on offer at the time, rung it all up, arranged for me to pick up the ones i could take home there and then and for the large appliances to be installed the very next morning, and talked me through the curry’s flexpay as it was such a large order in one go. He was really knowledgeable and helpful and this was much appreciated during such a big and important purchase. It did seem as though a few of his colleagues were a little impatient with how much time he spent with myself and my partner sorting out our purchase which wasn’t a good look for them, I understand there may have been other things to do too but I think Ali’s customer service needs to be valued more given how much he assisted us and how much we were purchasing. Ali is a credit to curry’s and i really hope he gets some recognition for his work as we couldn’t have done it without his help!”
