My wife had an accident and the service she received from initial contact, pick up of her vehicle from our home, update on the job and receiving her car back was brilliant. Going over the car with a fine-tooth comb you could not tell the repair had been done as it was flawless. I unfortunately had to have a similar repair done to my car 6 weeks later. The service received was flawless again. Top marks to the admin staff, the guys who fetched the car and brought it back, but more importantly the body shop staff for the flawless repair to both cars. “Rhodes repaired my car after it was vandalised . Very good service throughout the process thank you ; communication, collection, repair and delivery. Rhodes chased up the parts that were on back order for my car repair so I got my car back as quickly as possible. Quality of the repair is good as new. My car interior was strewn with broken glass after it had been vandalised, Rhodes did miss a little bit of broken glass I found afterwards in the door storage compartment , but apart from that all the broken glass was removed and the car was valeted like new inside and out . I'm so glad that although my English was not good, he could still read my mind. I think that's because of his professionalism. It really helps me, a non-English speaking one. All of them really made me feel no worries to let them go. Last but not least, what made me feel very amazing was their tidy-up. I know not everything is perfect, some dirt must exist after finishing some installation. But their tidy-up was fabulous. I have eczema normally but no breakout for this time. I have heard some YouTubers said that the old British craftsmanship, engineers were so professional and detail-oriented. I haven't met before until I have met all of you. You made me know what a real quality British service is and all of my family members are very happy and enjoyable to take the showers and can know what warm actually is in Britain now.”
