“Fantastic service from this store in Rugby, from the first measure by an assistant who was fun and engaging with my 4 year old grandson. Also, exceptional service from the 2 Hannah's at the Store, one of which was the Manager. Between them, they resolved an issue I had with another store and processed an exchange when the shoes I had purchased hurt my Grandson's feet. Finally, thank you to Emma, who processed a 3rd exchange for the same style in a 1/2 size bigger. Clearly a really good Team at this store with a great culture for excellent customer service.
