I saw Miss Sara Mumtaz for a physio appointment at Woodway Medical Centre and was really impressed with the care she provided. She was informative, compassionate, and incredibly patient. “I went to this store on Sunday specifically as it was the only Boots in Coventry which stocked something I wanted. One lady (I forgot to get her name but she's a brunette with a great sense of style, awesome glasses and a fringe) was insanely helpful. She went above and beyond to help me look for what I needed and didn't hesitate to ask her manager if the item was available but in the back. When she returned with the item I needed, she also brought the other two in the range. Overall, a great experience. Thank you to that particular staff member - you were awesome!”
