The surgery is part of a well-established group known for its commitment to clinical excellence and compassionate animal handling. βOur Norfolk terrier had a suspected UTI and, realising she needed emergency treatment, we took her to Wellesbourne in time for the surgery to open. No appointment could be made as the phone wasn't answered by the surgery until our ETA - although I tried to call ahead of our arrival and got the emergency practice. The receptionist explained that the phone would be switched over in 5 minutes - after our ETA. The Reception nurse understood immediately and said weβd be slotted in between the next 2 appointments. We were seen 12 minutes later, my diagnosis confirmed after a thorough investigation and reassurance that the medication would cure the problem. It started to work after the first antibiotics were administered. One happy little dog and relieved and very grateful owners. Exemplary service.β
βCan't rate Avonvale highly enough. They have always been brilliant with all my animals, and since having my American bully, they have been nothing short of amazing. Always make him welcome and treat him like a king. They are reasonably priced aswel, and let's face it every penny counts nowadays.β
βVery friendly, efficient and welcoming, our dog loves her visits there. Would highly recommend.β
βAbsolutely fantastic service allowing for the meeting of my own needs as a woman experiencing disabilities. Thank you PDSA Coventry, from Kaia & Helenβ
βI attended VETS Now emergency clinic in Coventry on Saturday afternoon with my kitten who was vomiting + hadn't eaten for 2 days, on the advice of a vet I consulted prior to going. It was stressful as I was on my own + my kitten was in obvious distress. The reception staff were lovely + engaged with me from the out set. I had to wait about 20 mins to see a vet but when I did she immediately explained the situation + was very mindful of the stressful situation I was in +, more importantly, the cost of the visit, so wasn't about to offer any treatment not needed at that point, which I found extremely refreshing. She treated my kitten after a thorough examination + explain what to expect in the following days + how to go forward . I was very reassured + my kitten improved almost immediately. The only downside is the cost of the whole experience. To just walk through the door is over Β£300, ( I was advised of this before going). However, as my insurance company cap the emergency cost at Β£200 I am now out of pocket by over Β£100, which just adds to the stress of it all. I know that is down to my insurance company's policy but I am guessing it's the same with most insurance companies. No one attends an emergency clinic if they don't have to, + not all people have insurance etc. I, personally, don't know how they arrive at the Β£300 plus fee but it would be nice if it could be brought down to a little closer to the amount most insurance companies accept + pay.β

βMy appointment was with Vetenerian Connor Day twice who has been absolutely brillant during the appointment with my kitten misha. Explains everything thoroughly and in detailβ¦ doesnt rush the appointment ( i have been to other vets where they are very time limited and its been very rushed and want you out the door as soon as possible). Thank you for seeing Misha and helping her to the best of your ability. Excellent vets- 10/10. All Staff including the receptionists are very friendly and have a genuine care and love for the animals.β
βFantastic staff, extremely helpful and they always go above and beyond with my dogs especially Elvis who is very nervous.β
βThis review is for Rugby, Hillmorton. Always easy to get an appointment. Staff always professional and polite. Since we moved here nearly 1 year ago my cat has needed to see the vet 3 times for various issues. She's been very well looked after and the vets have always been able to figure out what's wrong. Thank you.β
βI took my very anxious rescue dog for his boosters and discussed how anxious he is. The vet was very good with him and is working hard with us both to help him with his anxiety. Nice friendly service.β
βOn the three occasions I visited the Vicarage Cattery - to look around, to drop off my cat & finally to pick up, I was struck with how clean and fresh everywhere was. My cat was happy to return home but seems to have had a very pleasant stay. I would recommend here & will be using it again.β
βTom was outstanding as usual with Dotti, our Miniature Schnauzer (he calls her Tarty Pants), explains everything very well. Better treatment for our pets than my daughter received recently at UHCW. From now on, I'm going to identify as a Salt and Pepper Super Giant Schnauzer and get my owner (wife) to register me with Bilton Veterinary Centre for superior treatment.β
βFantastic, staff are brilliant and compassionate. Our regular vet is Georgina, who is an angel and amazing. Not sure why it is not promoted more but she also conducts acupuncture, our 17 year old cat is benefiting so much from this and Georgina has been extremely caring towards her, unlike some other vets we have experienced. Besides Georgina, the rest of the staff are also lovely. We are so pleased to have found this veterinary practice.β
βGreat practice. Staff are lovely and so knowledgable, you just know your lovely pet is in good hands. Usually fit us in same day too! Professionalism, explain things really well and get things sorted!β
βThe vet put my dog completely at ease. She gave her a thorough examination. My dog is quite elderly with a few joint issues. The options available to me were explained clearly.β
βExcellent independent vets lovely staff. Two years ago after serious accident they dipped into a special fund they have and removed one of my spaniels back legs the following day free of charge saving me 3 1/2 k. Thoroughly recommend.β

βMy first pet, a cat, didn't live very long. The vet and entire team were very lovely in how they dealt with him. The vet was very comforting to me and Popcorn when he had to put him down.β
βShipston Vets have been fantastic with our cats. Theyβve been friendly, kind and helpful at all times, and their advice and treatment has been excellent. I wouldnβt take my pets anywhere else!β

βTook care of my cat when it was necessary. Staff are amazing and waiting times are next to nothing. Affordable services and a great range of treatments and procedures for a wide variety of animals. Has it's own car park at the rear and a few emergency spots at the front. As far as vets go, these guys have really made a great effort.β
βI canβt thank this veterinary practice enough for the incredible care they give to my little Teddy, who is blind, diabetic, and has a foot allergy. The kindness and dedication shown by the whole team are beyond words. A special thank you to Laura, who goes above and beyond β opening the practice early to meet us and spending the day gently cleaning, swabbing, and tidying Teddyβs paws to keep his infection under control. The love and patience she shows him are simply outstanding. Teddy absolutely adores her and looks forward to spending the day with her β€οΈ And to Lilly, the best vet ever β thank you for your expert care, compassion, and reassurance. When you love your pet so much, it means the world to know you can trust and rely on your vet completely. Thank you to all of you for everything you do β you truly are the best. xxβ
βGreat welcome for new puppy, so relaxed he fell asleep in the clean and welcoming Reception area where both Receptionists fussed him and assisted me with paperwork. New Vet Alice was relaxed, gentle and listened well to our needs and proffered superb advice. Bilbo is 8 months old and has had the same great personal medical support as before for previous pets. Newer puppy 5 months Merry, both from The Shire, are individually known by ALL staff.β
