I had no expectation that this would be possible, seen as suit rental prices had understandably increased due to the recent year's cost of living increase. But Jon honoured his original prices. I'd call that above and beyond the call of duty and excellent customer service! I was totally chuffed that Jon was able to come to our venue on the morning of our wedding and make sure that our ties and button hole flowers were set properly. Something which I understand you haven't done since covid and wasn't part of my booking, so a nice surprise for me. That was the cherry on the cake. It meant that there was one less thing to have to worry about. Mitch is also a credit Jon Paul. He is polite, attentive and a good conversationalist. Just what you want! Anyone thinking of using Jon Paul Swadlincote, I strongly advise you do! Get them booked!!”

The children's range is very useful as we know how quickly they grow out of clothes before they have had their wear out of them! There is a range of household goods too. The staff are friendly and helpful. In addition there is free parking here for four hours if you want to visit the town centre on your trip !”
