βThe food was lovely, a perfect portion size, really good quality food and very tasty! It is lovely and welcoming and a bonus of being dog friendly along with getting a Pup cup for our pooch. Atmosphere was so relaxing, I could have stayed in there all day due to how cosy it was. Lovely cafe to visit after our dog walking sessions. It will certainly become a regular for us!β

βMy recent dining experience at Donington Manor Hotel was a delightful journey of flavours and ambiance. After the complimentary snacks and amuse bouche I started my culinary adventure, with the crab starter. The presentation was a work of art, a testament to the chef's attention to detail. The dish featured a delicate crab accompanied by a zesty tomato essence dressing, which provided a refreshing burst of flavour. The freshness of the crab was undeniable, and the combination of textures, including crispy greens and kohlrabi, made for a well-balanced and satisfying starter. It left me eagerly anticipating what was to come. For my main course, I chose the lamb dish. I was pleased to find that the rump was cooked to perfection, tender and succulent with a beautiful pink centre, whilst the slow cooked lamb shoulder bonbon just melted in your mouth. It was accompanied by a delectable earthy yet creamy courgette puree whilst the pepper puree completed the flavour profile of the dish. The portion size was generous without being overwhelming, and the presentation was once again impeccable. The service throughout the meal was impeccable. The staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering wine pairings and answering any questions I had. The pace of the meal was just right, allowing me to savour each course without feeling rushed. Donington Manor Hotel's restaurant exceeded my expectations with its combination of exceptional cuisine and a charming ambiance. I highly recommend giving it a try. I left the restaurant with a satisfied palate and a desire to return to explore more of their offerings.β

βThe food cooked at Come Chop is absolutely fantastic. It's delicious and tastes as good as the best home cooked food and as good as food from that top class African restaurant in NW or North London (can't remember exact location). Top marks to the chef and I will buy from your restaurant as often as I can (I would buy from you every day if I could).β
βThis is a great little find! Consistently good! Great selection of food and are wonderful with gluten free options! Donβt expect much from the decor but honestly the food out-ways the setting! Itβs what you would expect from a Thai in the village off the side of the pub! Always busy so that adds to the atmosphere! Eaten here many times and itβs always been good!β
βAlways an exceptional experience β highly recommended.β
βThis is the best Indian restaurant we have found, it really is worth travelling to. We have been three times so far and it has been consistently good, the main dishes are great then finishing off with amazing desserts and a pot of coffee with a jug of cream after the desserts which is how it should be but so many others aren't. To top it off it is reasonably priced and the setting which is underground really has a wow factor.β
βThe best birthday meal for my friend! Staff catered excellently to our large group & the food and drinks were delicious. Staff helped us surprise the birthday girl with a cake and cut it up for us, aswell as decorating the table on arrival :) Thank you for a brilliant meal and excellent hospitality!β
βWe've been eating here for a few years now and one thing I can say is that the food is consistently good ! The portions are generous, my wife and me share a main and a side and it's more than enough for us. Being allowed to take our own alcohol is great and makes the evening most affordable.β
βBest Indian in Loughborough, if not Leicestershire. We had butter chicken, naan, rice, saagwala and Dansak and they were delicious. The chicken was so tender it fell apart in your mouth. You could taste the difference between the curries which is oddly rare as many seem to use such heavy spices that all flavour is overtaken by them. Great portions and at such a good price too. The man who dealt with us was friendly too.β
βWe met friends here and by chance booked. We arrived to be pleasantly surprised at how stylist the interior was and how friendly the welcome. The food was excellent but was not expensive. We will certainly meet here again. I can't recommend Indian Spice highly enough.β
βThe restaurant has a classy atmosphere and serves a variety of delicious dishes. I highly recommend this restaurant.β
βThank you so much to the amazing ladies that helped me in store with boots today. Canβt fault the staff always go above and beyond.β
βMy partner and I visited this store a couple of weeks ago to get some inspiration and make some final decisions on our kitchen design. We were greeted and helped by Nathaniel who I believe might be the store manager. Great guy, very helpful. We would highly recommend.β
βVery helpful and highly recommended if you want a non pushy experience. We have been doing our utility room and kitchen over a period of several years (yes, shush my wife is patient!) and I was going to be doing pretty much all the work. As a consequence of this, we had our own overall design, ideas and goals but what I wanted was something a bit different than picking bits from B&Q etc. but equally didn't want to engage with a company who only wanted to fit everything and charge labour. Equally, I was interesting in finding a company who were prepared to validate our ideas and based upon their experience, give advice in areas which we might not have fully considered and offer suggestions where they have encountered similar problems in the past. After all, this is their day job, it's not mine! We got all of this through working with David and Andrew and were delighted with the constructive help and our end result. At no time was there a hint of sales pushing, which only adds to the other reviews which echo the same. David and Andrew have plenty of experience about what works and what doesn't and if you spend the time and take on board the information that they can provide as part of your build, you'll get a result to be proud of. So, If you want to have a relaxed discussion pop in and chat with David and Andrew, just try to avoid Saturday mornings as they're understandably at their most busy.β
βExcellent place to shop just like wilkows used to be allow plenty time, it can get really busyβ
βExcellent place, fast delivery, fresh food and good value.β
βWent in with my autistic son for his 21st and from start to finish we were made to feel very welcome. The staff were friendly and ever so helpful answering our questions Highly recommended the Derbion pizza express over the iron gate one which Iβve been previously this one is a lot nicer and bubblier staffβ
βNice selection of grab it and go goods at very reasonable prices. And not forgetting of course the middle aisles and their surprise items which as we all know are 'gone when they are gone'.β
