“We had a great experience at West Midlands veterinary referrals. I felt Willow was in safe hands from the moment we arrived. Chris the surgeon was great he explained everything that Willow had and explained what we had to do next. We even had a call the next asking how Willow was. An email from the physio explaining some massages to do on Willow. All the staff were very friendly from the reception team to the vets. They even contacted our insurance company on our behalf to save us the trouble. I would highly recommend them to anyone”

Lisa the vet was extremely kind and knowledgeable, making Angus first trip to the vets a positive one. We came again with Angus and our cockapoo Murphy today and Charlotte the vet was wonderful - so loving to both dogs and made their experience a happy one. Very impressed with the practice, nice reception staff who were very helpful, & happy to email me the record of treatment for the Animal Health Certificate (issued by another provider). Even though he never had real health issues previously, rough handling check ups petrified him and made him terrified of all his previous vets. Since moving to Paw Prints, he now pulls towards the vets door excitable when we just walk past, even though they are the only vets to have had to perform scary surgery and tests on him.
