It’s not just a visit to feed and scoop the litter tray but time spent with your pet and interaction in line with their preferences. The regular updates let me know my boy is OK while we are gone. On our recent visit, we were greeted by lovely reception staff and again by a welcoming vet who introduced herself, called our dog by her named and listened carefully to the reason for our visit before carrying out a comprehensive examination and coming up with a diagnosis and treatment plan. I have severe mobility issues which means I cannot control my pooch as well as walk with a rollator frame, so due to this the vet comes to me in the car park to my car, which is more comfortable and less stressful for my dog as well so thankyou very much for understanding. “I had to take my boy skip to the lincoln branch this morning to send him on his final journey. I was a total mess. The receptionist took me straight into a room with skip and the head vet, Sam, came straight through to see me. He was kind and compassionate and treated both me and skip with the utmost respect and dignity. He made the whole process much more bearable and once it was over they left me to grieve with skip for as long as I needed. When it came to the financial side of things it was far less expensive than I was expecting. I had never used this surgery before but I would highly recommend it.”

“Lovely team, great vets and surgeons. I will be forever grateful for everything they did for my dog. After all his surgeries he had to be put to sleep, we were put in a lovely room separate from a vet room. The vet was nice and the nurse that came in after he had passed was so gentle and lovely, we collected some fur together and did his paw prints, although he was very large they kept him wrapped in his favourite blanket to be collected by the crematorium person. Such lovely, kind and caring people! Thank you from me and my boy, you made the hardest days of my life as easy as they possibly could have been!”

“I was on my way to Thorne to see relatives when my dog began having some kind of seizure in the back of the car. I was obviously very upset and panicking. I called evolution explained my situation and even though I was not registered with them I was told to bring him straight in. (Other vets have not been so kind). The staff were all incredibly friendly, showed empathy and got my old boy sorted. ( he's 17 yrs and 7 months old). I honestly can't recommend this vets highly enough. “We visited today with our 14 year old dog Eddie. The guy we saw was amazing and after a thorough examination our dog was diagnosed with various health conditions. From the minute we walked through the door he showed nothing but compassion. He explained all the options available and helped us make an informed decision that the best option for Eddie was to put him to sleep. A very difficult decision that was made so much easier by the care we received. I would certainly recommend this practice and the vet we saw, although I didn't get his name. Our family would like to thank him for the care and compassion he showed.”

“Had an amazing experience with this vets! My cat was transferred here for an overnight stay, when I arrived I was heartbroken as I had just been told by our regular vet that our cat could potentially pass away, vets now were so kind to me when I arrived and gave me tissues and even time alone to cuddle my pet. They decided to do surgery on my cat and were open and honest with me the whole time about costs and risks, they even helped me sort out my insurance on my phone as I was a wreck. Thankfully the surgery went okay and they managed to pull something out that was stuck in his belly. Even my regular vet didn’t do this, instead told me he possibly has a rare condition and could pass away, if it wasn’t for this vets I dread to think what would have happened next. I just want to thank the reception staff and vets, and anyone else who was involved as he is now recovering and doing much better and for your kindness, support and sympathy as it did not go unnoticed.”

“Louise is such a lovely, kind and reliable lady. She looks after my cats so we’ll. Family illness has meant I’ve sometimes had to rush off at short notice or stay away longer than planned. Nothing fazes Louise, she just steps into the breach. She’s watered plants, fed the fish and my garden hedgehogs as well as the cats! She is so caring, she knows I worry about them so she messages me and even sends me videos! Nothing is too much trouble. Thoroughly recommend this lady!”
