My biggest fear is being judged for not wearing a mask. I needed to pop on here to say thank you to this store for understanding that mask exemptions exist and never once have I felt discriminated against for not wearing one. I am absolutely delighted with the bed and had about the best sleep in years yesterday after it arrived! Lisa at the store was SO helpful and knowledgeable, and I also bought two matching Platform elm bedside tables on special offer! I can't recommend this store and its products highly enough! We were served by Kayla who was absolutely wonderful, she was knowledgeable and made the whole experience both fun and interesting. “A quick line to share my brilliant experience using Office Furniture Online. Firstly: PRICE - price isn't everything but on a like for like product, it was over £100 cheaper here! Secondly: DELIVERY - brilliant quick delivery, unfortunately I missed out on the option to get it built and delivered for next day (my fault ordering at 16:34). I was sceptical that it would be delivered next day ordering at this time, rest assured it was delivered by 11am this morning! Thirdly: BUILD PROCESS - I did really want to get it delivered built so I could avoid the messing around with building the chair however, I noticed a very handy QR code on the box with a link to video instructions to build the chair (video instructions roughly 5 minutes long) it probably took around 15 to build! Overall: Very very happy with the service received and the support video really does make all the difference instead of those terrible 2d drawing instructions I am used to with usual flat pack furniture. “Went into the Newcraighall store today, on the off chance and because I was passing. I ordered online on Sunday night. I’d had no email confirmation, had no order number, but I could see the transaction on my credit card statement. Anyway, it’s a birthday present for my son and was worried. I’m taking the time to write this because the assistant, Rhonda, was outstanding. It wasn’t even that store but she went above and beyond. I left feeling two things, really relieved that the issue was sorted (and it was- parcel picked up at Meadowbank earlier) and sure that I’d be using Argos (especially the Fort) again. What a nice, competent, helpful woman. ⭐”

The van arrived on time and cleared the house in no time, despite the heavy lifting in sunny conditions. “If you're looking to have a new kitchen, the Kitchen Depot Rosyth is definitely the place to go. From walking into the showroom to finish the guys have been fabulous. There is no hard sell ✔️ it's all about you & what you want. Rob, Rikki & Mark are so friendly, they genuinely what to help you find & help plan your new kitchen. From start of fit to finish took about 10 working days, would have been less, but when old kitchen came out we discovered a couple of issues. ( Old house! ) these were overcome with ease. Absolutely amazing, such a friendly down to earth person, so nice, nothing was too much trouble he went above & beyond our expectation, fantastic guy.
