“We loved this place. Great service and atmosphere. I loved how well one of the owners treated us and others. There was another customer there who had a hard time speaking and the owner was so patient with him. Then we got the food back to our place and it was really good with lots of flavor.”

“My husband and I were visiting Scotland from the states and this was our last night. I wanted pizza. We always try to find off the beaten path restaurants because they are usually better than your typical tourist area restaurants. My husband found this place and one look at the menu and I knew I was getting something other than pizza. From the first bit of the focaccia to the last bite of dessert it was amazing! My husband had the tagliatelle Marsala and I ordered the Panzerotti Porcini and we shared. I wish we had tried the pizza but we had no room left for another bite. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to these travelers with no advanced booking. From the hostess to the manager. If you ever find yourself in the Edinburgh airport area GO HERE!”

“A world class dining experience from the off. Condita serve a surprise tasting menu priced at £160 that really puts you in the trusted hands of the small team of chefs headed up by Tyler King. The food demonstrated layer upon layer of flavour that was extremely well balanced and really got you thinking. Sometimes taster menus have dips in them between dishes but each course here was fantastic. The interesting wine list is compiled often with organic and/or biodynamic farming methods in mind and small batch made where possible. A real food lovers paradise.”

“The owner greets you upon entering then will proceed to seat you and provide you with a menu. Soon after he will come back to take your drinks order. After drinks a different server came to take our food order. I had a pizza and it was absolutely delicious. I tried their special menu ravioli and it was amazing just like the pizza. The drinks were good and it was a bar so had alcohol. I also had a tiramisu which was a really good dessert. I would really recommend going to this Italian restaurant if you want Italian food.”

“First time here for a solo treat for myself, I was warmly welcomed. As I looked through the menu, it was a tough decision to decide what to eat. “We visited LaSalute just after the new owners taken over. I had been before and found it lovely. I was pleased to see it had been renovated to a high standard. I had the mushroom bruschetta and mushroom pasta done in a tomato pasta sauce My son had the calamari followed by chicken in white wine sauce. We both had a lovely meal and will be back to samle a desert next time as was stuffed. Good luck to the new owners, we will definitely be back”
