“I'm still chewing on my first piece of pizza from Moratti I couldn't even wait before writing a review. I love pizza, and I can say, this is THE BEST PIZZA I've ever had. I got the Canadian and the garlic cheese pizza ( garlic fingers in Canada). I'm really happy I took a chance going here. Next time I'm in Edinburgh, I'll be back!”

“Popped in for an early dinner on a Friday night and had an incredible meal. We each had the calzone (suffice to say, I’m really glad I’d not had breakfast or lunch!) and then shared a tiramisu for dessert. Very friendly staff, great pricing and the waiter skipped the tip button (no pressure) and was surprised when I asked him to go back so we could leave one because the service was so good. I’ve been here before solo and had a range of dishes including breakfast and lunch and both were good but tonight was something else.”

“A great little find that I would highly recommend. After a day out and before heading off to get our train we popped in for a bite. Everything was perfect. We just had the fries, meatballs and caesar salad but it was all better than expected and the coffee. Oh and the doughnuts were great. Very nice to have nothing to moan about. “This place serves up pizza like it hacked into my flavor preferences and rewrote the code. Blue cheese and sriracha on a pizza? I didn’t know I needed that combo in my life until now. It’s like a delicious dare that paid off big time. The vibe? Geeky in the best possible way—like if your favorite comic book store started serving artisanal pizza and had a solid Spotify playlist. “We loved Civerinos. The Crispy Kale on Marinara was excellent, and the classic fries were tasty but very generous—more than enough for two, so a small would’ve done. Overall, great flavour, good portions, and solid value for money. Definitely worth a visit.”

“Went in yesterday for an early dinner. Friendly helpful staff, lots of tables and food was good. Ordered Halloumi starter and Balmoral chicken (chicken stuffed with haggis, wrapped in bacon with a whisky and peppercorn gravy), and was more than happy with both. The chicken was fantastic. Good selection of drinks to go with the food, some nice local beers.”

“The chap at the bar- Lewis - was great. He was really friendly and welcoming. Nice pub/ bar feel on top floor and then ultra modern underground pool room with cool lighting on the bottom floor. Great atmosphere”

“We visited La Vita Viva as a family of 21 to celebrate my husband’s 60th Birthday and the food was absolutely outstanding — five-star quality from start to finish. Every dish was full of authentic Italian flavor, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. “In with my work supporting adults with autism which if you’ve ever worked in the industry they pay for you to eat with the individuals unlike what another reviewer suggests. Staff were very aware of our situation and were very attentive and polite. I would ignore reviews from people who only give 1 star reviews as some passive aggressive way of dealing with their own problems. Food was top quality and would recommend to anyone that can appreciate the good things in life.”

“A few weeks back I stumbled upon this hidden gem on the streets of Edinburgh. With a wide range of pizza slices to offer, it was one of the best pizza experiences I've had so far. Their Chicken Tikka Slice in particular was my favourite. Packed with rich flavours, it had the perfect balance of smoky spices and tender chicken. 5 stars”

“Second time that we have come out to Di Giorgios. This has turned into our absolute favorite chippy. The price is great and food is amazing. We ordered 2 burgers, a fish and chips, the fried sausage dinner, onion rings, kids chicken nuggets and a 10" pizza all for £40! The pizza was the best pizza we have had in Scotland! Highly recommend. We will be making this place a regular. Don't change a thing!”

“I’m a fish supper kind of guy, so can’t really speak for anything else on the menu, but the fish here is some of the best I’ve had from a chippy. My wife also raves about the chicken goujons, they’re the best apparently. Never had an issue with service.”

“Chance find on Google when craving for pasta. With tempered expectations we walk into this petite restaurant. The staff were friendly and the restaurant extremely clean. We ordered the Al Sugo and Vongole with a side of garlic bread. Everything was nicely prepared and tasty, the pasta was cooked perfectly. We ended having dessert as well and the affogatos were delicious too. So glad we found this gem. Thanks to the wonderful staff!”

“We had a wonderful meal here. 5he food was absolutely delicious and Garry was very attendive We tried seabrass without diary - perfect 10/10, the regular seabrass 08/10, and the pizza 07/10. The vegan dessert was also a highlight, definitely a 10/10. We enjoyed sitting outside, which made the experience even nicer.”
