“An absolutely amazing animal experience. You just contact Cool Creatures and let them know the date, what animals you are interested in meeting and the location. We booked a small group visit for 4 adults for a birthday in Galashiels, at 6pm on a weekday and it cost £120 (including travel cost). One thing to let you know if you're interested in booking. Cool Creatures really care about their animals but because of this it can take time to get through on the admin side of things. I found ringing multiple times, leaving text messages and voicemails each time you ring, was the best way to hear back.”
