“Its not far from wer i live so its easy access for me only problem checkouts never open b fore 8am its always self check outs which is a bit of a nuisance i can never work them someone always helps me other than that the staff r brilliant know most by name an always willing to help u at anytime Donna at bakery, Debs, & Amanda,usualy at cigs an lottery, big Chris at freezers ,Scot an Liz on tills r realy lovely in the store always ther to help an Rhuppa think thats her name so lovely she normaly on self check outs June who just retired was a gem”

“I purchased a USB Dock to go with my new computer on Click and Collect and went down to pick it up excited to pick it up and set everything up. Unfortunately, when I turned up I was told I had mistakenly ordered it to the Fort store. At the end of a stressful day of work that was all I needed. However, what did brighten my day was the lady behind the counter named Jen. She without missing a beat tried to see if they had it in stock for me to buy at that time and failing that she offered to set me up with a new collection for tomorrow after work in the stockwell street store. She even offered to cancel the Fort's order and arrange the refund for me. She wasn't over the top or pushy, just anticipated every need I had before I even thought to ask. Extremely happy with her service and it really did help cushion the blow of my own stupidity.”

“Got the meal beal it was £6 pounds so I got chicken past and juice and carrots and hummus it was all nice the staff ate very friendly and u get a lot for your money.”

“Reading all theses bad reviews , about new management been the same management for over 10 yes but different employee's Sid has had this shop ,and my local 1 in Fulton st Temple i use this very often , have known the owners n family since open first keystore in Fulton st 99 ,don't get me wrong there have been a good few employee's that were just lets say in the wrong job but all in all good wee shop i think it's the customers that have changed Sid n his boy's n daughter are all good ppl”

This store stocks a mix of own and well known brands from canned foods to household cleaning. Fruit and vegetables to ice cream. They also sell newspapers, cigarettes and alcohol. The store also has a self service section so you can get your goods, scan at the self serve checkout, pay and then leave.”

We get medication for a family member from another chemist, and due to an oversight it was not collected, meaning they would have no medication over the New Year holiday. Within an hour the Pharmacy team had sorted out an emergency prescription.”

“Nomination for Outstanding Service – a special member of staff , MD, ASDA Hamilton I would like to nominate Marry D for exceptional customer service following my visit to ASDA Hamilton on Friday evening, 28th November. During my visit, I had already spoken with a couple of team members and through no fault of their own, I still hadn’t been able to find the specialist products I needed and that i didn't even know that i needed. I was just about ready to leave the store thinking the trip might have been pointless. Then I met Marry. Marry immediately stopped what she was doing and gave me her full, undivided attention. Her excellent product knowledge, understanding of product placement and her natural desire to help customers meant she knew exactly what I was looking for and where to find it. Thanks entirely to her, I left the store with everything I needed, something that simply wouldn’t have happened without her assistance. Marry is a special person and a genuinely valuable member of staff. Her warm, professional manner and dedication turned my whole experience around. I also spoke with Martin, one of the on-duty managers, who was equally fantastic. Martin saw exactly where i was coming from and he had an Immediate appreciation for Mary's customer service contribution. I hope this nomination contributes towards any in-house ASDA recognition or rewards for outstanding service, because Marry absolutely deserves it.
