“Came to Hawana with my friend and had the pan hookah, easily the best I’ve had in Glasgow. Smooth, tasty, and top quality. I invited my friend even though he doesn’t smoke, and I wasn’t sure if he’d enjoy it, but he actually had a great time. The vibe is super chill, staff are really friendly, and the cheesecake was way better than I expected. We ended up staying for hours. Definitely one of my favorite spots now.”

Staff seen me struggling to cut my son’s pizza and offered to cut it for us which was a good touch that they paid attention to their customers. I had the bruschetta to start which was lovely and fresh, then arrabbiata pasta for my main and again it was very nice. Portion sizes were perfect.”

“A gem in the west end! Amazing authentic Egyptian street food, reasonable prices and excellent service. We tried a variety of dishes and it was all delicious! Would recommend their falafel, Hawawshy, baba ghanoush, aubergine and hummus! We also enjoyed an Egyptian tea with mint. There is a great range of sweets and cakes too. The owner and team are all absolutely lovely people, very welcoming and passionate about their culture and authentic food. We look forward to coming back!”
