“I was told to visit onestop by a friend who had used them in the past and said they know what they are talking about and are a good help…. Unfortunately for me Newhouse branch was closer and was met by a guy called Jim, he was in himself on this occasion and said his boss was off. When asking him anything all he could mumble was better phoning or going to govan depot. I had lost hope in getting my issue resolved with onestop at this point but thought I would give it another go at the govan branch and I am glad i did. What a difference. Guy on the front desk(Thomas) who was run off his feet and Ihad a massive queue at the back of me developing he still took his time to explain what I needed gave me a price even gave me a couple of roofers numbers. I bought the stuff that he had advised(cure it grp). He didn’t try rush me out the door. Excellent customer service. More knowledge on roofing than anybody I have ever spoke to. Was served by the yard man James the guy in the yard also excellent, had the stuff in the back of my van before I even got out the door. When speaking to my friend about the difference in service between both branches he said the same thing and said it was also Thomas he dealt with. Couldn’t praise him highly enough. Would highly recommend anybody that is wanting roofing materials that are good quality products that will last go to onestop roofing supplies (govan)!”
