“I cannot recommend Dog Days enough. We brought our very nervous puppy to Robin and the team two months ago. They were consistently patient and empathetic with her many (and sometimes confusing) anxieties. With their support, she is now growing into a confident, happy puppy with excellent doggy manners. I know I can trust that on her day care days she's safe and having fun, making those breaks from her unending energy a lot more enjoyable for me too!! If you're a bit nervous about trying day care, just pop in to meet the team and you'll be at ease in a moment.”

“I had Rich as the DJ for my 70th birthday party. I asked for 70's music for dancing and we got that in abundance. A lot of people said how much they enjoyed the selection of music and that was certainly reflected in the numbers of people on the dance floor. Highly recommended and he is a really nice guy too.”

“Perfect spot for the Royal Concert Hall, Sauchiehall St, Buchanan St, Queen St Station Immaculate rooms, with plenty of extra pillows & duvets. Lots of sockets, charging points. Hand/shower gel provided. Kettle & tea/coffee/milk in the room. And a full length window letting in natural light. The breakfast was lovely, plenty of offer. Highly recommend.”

“Ah, bless! We got food poisoning and had to find a place with very short notice. Not only did they accommodate us, but were very good with our situation, allowed us to check in early and helped us get back on our legs after being very sick. Location is convenient too, a nice restaurant right in front of the Inn, Macdonald's next to that and three supermarkets on the corner. We even found a dry-cleaner's close by.”

“I wish I could add more stars because this is honestly the best place I've ever stayed on Glasgow. My room did upgraded to the family suite even though it was just myself but the room was practically big enough to live in and be comfortable. Breakfast was also the best breakfast I've had in my entire life. 10/10 Definitely recommend to friends and family.”

“This was a trip to see the Christmas Markets in Glasgow and Edinburgh to include my wife, myself and our dog. We were all made most welcome. The duty staff were very helpful and answered our varied questions politely and if they didn't know the answer they found out for us. The room was super and the breakfast very good for the price. The hotel was superbly situated for the Christmas activities and the station for our trip to Edinburgh. I suspect that parking could be a problem but we have a blue badge which meant we could park outside for as long as we were there.”

“Had a boozy brunch here with a friend in December. Bart was our host and couldn't have done anymore for us which was much appreciated. Food was lovely, drinks were topped up regularly and the overall atmosphere was great. Will definitely be returning soon. Great value for money. Thanks Bart and the team.”

“This is one of my favourite Vue cinemas and it's in the heart of the St Enoch centre. You can buy your tickets and food on one of the screens as you enter. There's plenty to choose from including pick n mix, ice cream, nachos, popcorn and more. The seats are more expensive than normal cinemas but that is due to the comfort level. The reclining seats are incredible, each has it's own tray and cup holder. Great for an enjoyable day out.”

“Courtney has been an amazing bartender, been caring and passionate about our experience. Been here with couple of friends and the live music always brings to a wonderful atmosphere. Only came for drinks but the bartender are generous with their pours. Definitely recommend.”

Despite our flight being delayed by 40 minutes, we didn't mind the extra time because the lounge offered such a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. From the moment we entered, the staff were amazing—warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always available to assist with a smile. The lounge itself is beautifully designed, with a calm and sophisticated ambiance that made it easy to relax. The food options were excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to different tastes. We were particularly impressed by the quality and freshness of everything served. One of the standout features was the dedicated prayer room, which was a thoughtful touch for travelers who wish to pray in a quiet, private space. The bathroom facilities were also immaculate—so clean and well-maintained that they felt like a sanctuary where you could easily spend extra time freshening up. Adding to the overall experience was the stunning view of the runway. Watching airplanes take off and land while enjoying the comfort of the lounge made the wait for our flight feel like a special part of the journey. In summary, the Emirates Lounge at Glasgow Airport exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of excellent service, luxurious amenities, and a peaceful atmosphere made it a highlight of our trip. We almost wished our flight was delayed longer!”

“Brilliant place and really nice staff. We had our 8 year olds football birthday party today and it was fab. The kids all loved it, the staff were all very kind and went above and beyond. Big shout outs to Jack, David and J-Mac. Really nice guys. Really recommend having your kids party here”

“Stayed overnight here for a business trip. Very handy as it's a 5-10min walk from Glasgow Queen Street Station. Friendly reception staff, nice spacious 4th floor room with a comfy bed. Breakfast was fine, reasonable choice and good bacon, all the standard fare but not a vast choice of things though.”

“Took the kids for the first of the October week holidays. We get 2 free tickets via sky, so cost is cheaper for a family of 4. Overall food and drinks are the same price as elsewhere, big car park, use the multi, and staff were warm and helpful.”

“I went to the granary 2 years ago, my mrs booked it for my birthday, the reason she picked it was because they have a train line that runs round the inside, wasn’t on - she was a bit disappointed in that, she was expecting it to be a bit more themed, with that train line …HOWEVER - We both had the burger and chips. I’ve eaten in many places the ivy Glasgow, the duck bay, seamill hydro, lodge on the loch (with a Michelin chef) but crucially, no one has ever got the burger right, but that burger that night was perfect, it didn’t have that bitterness of every other burger I’ve had. It’s the first burger I’ve been served with 2 patties, I thought if this turns out to have that bitterness to the meat that every other burger has, this will be hard work, but after the first bite it’s easily the best burger I’ve had in the last 5 years. Tasted like a proper freshly bbq’d burger. I’ve never had one like it since, for a pub to pull off a burger like that is very impressive. I would go back just for that alone and i live in greenock.”

“This is a casual pub with great food provided by a couple of street vendors. The pizza were amazing and the loaded fries very good, they catered for our GF people and were so great to deal with for our big group. We would come back again. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Great place.”

“As an exiled Glaswegian I returned to my favourite iconic pub for a pie and a pint. The beer was great but unfortunately the ‘peely Wally’ pie was a disaster! Gone was the pie oven on the bar (probably health & safety) replaced by a dumb waiter. More importantly the so called pie was crust and pastry with a teaspoonful of filling for the princely sum of £2.60! Please, please change your supplier and revert back to a proper greasy Glasgow pie which actually tasted of something and everyone loved and waxed lyrically about.”

“We go to The Ark all the time, and it never disappoints. The atmosphere is always lively but relaxed, perfect for catching up with friends or watching a game. The food and drinks are great value, and the place is always clean and well looked after. A special mention to Cara, who always serves us with a smile, making the experience even better. She’s friendly, attentive, and always goes out of her way to make sure everything’s spot on. It’s staff like her that keep us coming back every time! Highly recommend The Ark to anyone looking for a great pub in the city centre.”
