“The best service I have received ever from a hotel. The reception staff were very helpful, explained all facilities. Would go above and beyond. Highly recommended this hotel to anyone wanting a spa getaway as the Aura Spa is out of this world. Helen at reception went above and beyond to make your spa experience out of this world. My partner had the hero package and said it's worth every penny, Chen her masseuse got every knot out and relaxed her to point of sleeping. Rosie my masseuse, gave me a deep tissue massage and she has magic hands. Definitely a must if you stay at hotel.”

“Little bit nervous about re joining the fitness world after a year of illness, first point of contact was Anne via email, what a lovely full very informative reply, sent back almost immediately! Anne arranged for me to come in and have a tour/chat with the wonderful Manager Lorna. I was very overwhelmed, every question answered and now cannot wait to re start my fitness journey, with clearly a very great support team available! “A nice course which has 9 different holes from around the world which I think is a great idea. I would say £20 is pricey for 9 holes but we did enjoy the course”

“Hired for Granddaughters Birthday party. Good sized hall, toilets etc are spotless, would hire again. However after clearing and bagging all our rubbish away, we weren't aware that we were supposed to wash the tables and clean the floor. Never been asked to do this anywhere else.”

“I've been attending Carluke Leisure Centre for 8 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have 3 children and used their creche to put my children in whilst I do a work out. The creche is the best part of the facility as the staff that work within it are 2nd to none. Helen, Charlotte and Marion are fantastic with all my children and the other wee ones attending. Ive never met such professional, hard working and caring women. Would highly recommend.”

“This used to be a desolate and barren grassland when I was young. It's great to see it turn into a proper nature reserve. Really stunning. Well done to those responsible for making it all happen and keeping it tidy.”
