“Visiting Glasgow on business and needed some medical support; on visiting the store meet with greet sincere customer service. Advice offered about Bothwell Medical Center which I visited and received a prescription. On return to the store to seek my medication I joined the small queue and waited my turn. My observations impressed me; every member of the team was knowledgeable, helpful, genuine and showed a real interest in their customers needs. I received my medication and now 2 days later feel considerable more comfortable. Great experience on the back of great values, team work and leadership. If Head Office read their shops reviews this one needs recognition. Thank you - now looking forward to enjoying my Christmas.”
