“I absolutely love this place! Its small but packs a mighty meal! Very nice staff and reasonable prices if I ever go back to Todmorden, it's the 1st place I will go. They have fantastic soups, lunch, and dinners plus a full bar in a nice atmosohere!”

“Wow what a amazing little restaurant, where to start, my starter was absolutely beautiful, I had meatballs in a tomato sauce with new potatoes and carrots, the sauce was so tasty, and everything was fresh, my main I got sea bass with green beans, new potatoes, prawns, with a tomato sauce, wow the sea bass was cooked to perfection, social distancing was followed and I really enjoyed my experience this deserves more than the 5 stars, will definitely be back very soon. “Been here a couple of times now and had fantastic meals and service but been tonight for my birthday with a family of 15 and absolutely cannot fault the food or service. Every moment was exceptional and I can’t thank Orhan and his team enough for the service we received tonight! “Absolutely delicious food. We ordered baba ghanoush, haftsin special and bakhtiari. The grilled food was cooked to perfection- beautifully seasoned and juicy. The saffron rice was tasty and the nan bread was one of the best that i’ve tasted. This is easily the best middle eastern food i have ever had. I would definitely come again if i drop by in Leeds in the future.”

“Large beer garden with playground for kids at the back. There are also few tables outside, closer to the pub back entrance and some nice inside if you need calmer space. Food spot on, all meals were tasty and top quality. Very nice atmosphere, staff are very kind, all take care of customers satisfaction. Deserved 5 * for sure!”

“Always been a fan of the Turkish/Greek sort of grills and what a little gem this place is in the middle of, out of all places, Pontefract (no offense to anyone from Pontefract). It's a pretty cosy establishment, about 26 covers max, but any place of that size and a focused menu set, typically means they can focus on the quality of the dishes, and boy, tonight's meal was a joy. For anyone going for the first time, I'd definitely recommend the mixed grill as it has a full range of lamb kebab, lamb chop, adana (which btw was awesome, right lamb mince consistency with the delicate balance of herbs and spices), chicken kebab and chicken wing. Rice was flavourful and the salad refreshing with the appropriate amount of dressing. Other half has the chicken Marmanis, which was indeed tasty, white wine sauce with the mushrooms just right without being too salty or sharp. Only a slight blip was a tough tendon in her piece of chicken - something that can be easily corrected I'm sure. Baklava for dessert is home made rather than shop bought so that's a massive positive for me. All washed down with a Turkish apple tea to cleanse the pallette to end a surprising but delightful evening meal. Service was excellent and attentive, the team there are super friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back and is an establishment we will bring friends and family to. A must visit. 5*. If the team are reading this? teşekkür ederim”

I took a friend before the theatre but it’s perfect for a date or a big group as they do these big sharing platters as well as their main menu dishes.”

He will also make substitutions on your pizza if you need to change an item and won't rob you for doing so like other major chains or places.
