“We recently completed a full kitchen renovation with Wren, and from the very beginning to the final result, the entire experience has been absolutely fantastic. We undertook a big project — knocking down a huge wall to transform our old, closed-off kitchen into a spacious, open-plan kitchen/diner. It was a big change, and we really wanted the finished space to feel open, light, and functional for everyday family life as well as entertaining. Wren helped bring that vision to life beautifully. We chose a cashmere finish for our kitchen, and we couldn’t be happier with how it looks. It feels modern but warm, and the colour is really versatile — soft enough to suit a variety of styles while still making a statement. The product range Wren offers is brilliant. From cabinetry to worktops, handles, appliances, and clever storage solutions, we felt we had a huge variety of options to tailor the kitchen exactly to our needs and taste. Everything feels high quality and well thought out. But what truly made the experience exceptional was our kitchen designer, Qasim. He was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We ended up changing the design multiple times — probably more than most people — but Qasim was always so patient and understanding. He never made us feel like a bother, even when we asked to go back to the drawing board several times. He genuinely wanted the kitchen to be perfect for us, and he spent countless hours reworking the plans until we were completely happy. Qasim’s advice was thoughtful and honest. He had a great eye for design and layout but also made sure to balance the practical side — making sure everything would work in our space and stay within our budget. He gave us space to think things through, but he was always on hand to offer support, ideas, and reassurance when we needed it. He really went above and beyond, and thanks to his care and dedication, we now have a kitchen that works perfectly for our family and looks stunning too. The installation process was smooth and well-organised, and everything was delivered on time. Any minor issues were sorted quickly and professionally. Now that it’s all finished, we couldn’t be more proud of the space we’ve created. Wren exceeded our expectations at every stage. The design, quality, service, and support — especially from Qasim — were all outstanding. If you’re thinking about a new kitchen, we’d absolutely recommend them.”

“I mean. It's IKEA, not a lot more to say other than it's a dastardly maze designed to entrap you into purchasing all of the lovely shiny objects. And somehow come out with a 4 foot snake that your 2 year old son just "Absolutely had to have". Meatballs are good mind.”

“Nas was our designer and very friendly. Not pushy at all. Very nice bloke. Responds to calls and emails. We had a few issues with kitchen, marks on doors, all replaced easily. Not Wrens fault but we had faulty hob, was replaced quickly. Tap was dripping , replaced quickly. For customer service we can't fault them. Main delivery was very good we had a time slot and day booked.”

I took a couple of attempts to get there but that was all down to ourselves with the changes but she was very helpful and supportive, fantastic knowledge through the process. We had Lewis as the installer who did a fantastic job, worked throughout the day to get the job completed and kept the house tidy and clean throughout yesterday Overall we are very very happy with everything from start to finish, the quality and colour is great and finishes are boys room of to meet his and our needs as he grows older. In fact I have just ordered some drawers today to totally finish off and know planning the next room probably for the New Year.
