It was really straight forward, video was commenced by purely clicking a link by text message on my phone which is really wonderful as it means I didnt have to wrestle installing any apps. The Vet was very helpful and professional and gave us the advice we required. Incredible price as well. This is a great company, will continue to use them as our go to site for our needs.”

The tea was excellent, the gentleman who served us was friendly, professional and welcoming even though he was busy, it was much appreciated. The finger sandwhiches were fresh and tasty, ham and lettuce, cheese and pickle and salmon and cream cheese. The fruit scones were warm and tasty, especially when the jam and cream were added. The selection of cakes was great, macaroons, brownies and other cakes. A very nice experience as a couple or when shared with friends. Many thanks to our host/waiter for making us feel valued customers.”

Kind and most helpful explaining about what to expect, booking us in, showing us where to go snd generally just really welcoming. Swimming pool and steam room were great then on to the relaxation room. We went a little early so we had time to enjoy the warming beds. Room was nice (speakers a bit tinny with the music which buzzed a smidge). Then into our treatment room. Ladies were really respectful and welcoming. We had a Swedish massage and a facial. Absolutely fantastic! So relaxing and really thorough. Couldn't fault my day at all. Finished it off with one of the cafes smoothies. Also tasty. Thank you all.”
