“I want to thank the Debdale Grange team for being great and putting pets first. We had a trial day with our rescue dog before planning our holiday. The facilities looked clean, secure, and well designed. At the end of the day they were completely honest that they didn't think our dog was best suited to a kennels environment. Staff took lots of time to help put her at her ease, but it didn't work out in this case. I really respect the care they took with her, and am grateful they put our dog's needs first so we could make an informed decision. Many thanks Melanie and the team!”

“I've been coming here since 1958 to the same room at this surgery, was welcomed and made to feel comfortable....and was impressed with both the dentist and receptionists advice to switch to sensodyne toothpaste which has cured some dental pain I was having. And a few years since writing this above words I'm still very happy to come to this same surgery albeit now in a different room, where I feel valued and respected by Aleena Ahsan and her assistants. And further to this review which I did a few years ago, I'm delighted that Aleena has now prescribed Duraphat toothpaste and recommended a Hygienist appointment which I've now had and Zoe Sheffield was professional, caring and did an excellent job including further advice on what I can do to keep my remaining teeth.”

You are all about the animals, not the money like a lot of the vets I have been to before. Your reception staff are always super friendly, welcoming and helpful too. “This is an extremely good dental practice. We were patients for a couple of years and reluctantly left them to find somewhere nearer home as it was a two-and-a-half hour journey. During the time we were under their care, my husband had an implant done and subsequently this was problematic. In less than a week he ordered our oven, installed it and recycled our old oven, all for a very good price. He was very professional and polite and provided a thoroughly good service. “This practice is the absolute best, they not only looked after my cat they took care of me! My cat had been spade but wouldn't keep on the cone on her head and she ended up opening up her wound, they took her back in and put clips in and put a baby grow type cover over her so she couldn't reach the wound, during this time I became very stressed about it all and they calmed me and reasurred me which really helped, I would recommend this veterinarian practice to anyone looking for a vet! They are kind caring and supportive to their tiny customers and big ones too.”

“Wonderful vets , couldn't have been more helpful . Sadly our lovely boy Buddy had to be put to sleep but the whole experience was handled so sensitively . In particular the nurse who assisted us on the day was so kind and thoughtful . Also great communication from the vet and they assisted with direct insurance payments which our usual vet had sadly refused to do . Will most definitely be using them in future .”
