“Good customer service and in general quite helpful, however they were not very forthcoming with their procedures... I sold some of my gold and they charged what I believe was their commission and smelting costs. I asked them twice how did they work out the commission,.was a fixed cost or percentage, but the avoided answering the question. I trust enough to go back if required, however I would shop around especially with so many jewellers located along that road”
