“In the past, I had to rely on family or friends to look after my birds when going on holiday, which meant a restricted timeframe and leaving my birds with others who didn't have as much experience or knowledge about birds. I was always worried about how they were doing. All of that changed when I reached out to Shaun and left my birds with him! Not only is he exceptionally knowledgeable about all breeds of birds, but he is also incredibly passionate about what he does, and it shows. He has created a phenomenal environment for them, considering everything from climate to different types of cages, food, perches, and more! My birds adjusted within minutes, trusted him straight away (first time that's happened when they meet a strangers) and I knew they were in extremely safe hands. Shaun kept me updated and sent photos and videos, which I loved receiving. It was worth every single penny! I have gone from a first-time customer to a regular one. I honestly can't express how amazing Shaun and his Bird Hotel are! I know the birds can't wait to come back.”

Very good experience with the dog vaccination and annual examination , lovely vet who was very informative and listened carefully to me regarding my dog who was totally cool with the whole visit , a testament to the calm atmosphere in the premises .”

“Lovely staff who are very capable. My dog doesn't enjoy getting wet or being blow dried and this was her first professional groom, but they handled her really well and she clearly felt relaxed, as she was very quiet and didn't make a fuss at all! They really know what they are doing! Also, very convenient location, within the Pets at Home store - easily accessible on foot or by car.”

“Marianne is such a lovely lady, who cared so well for our cat. She posted photos of her visits, which helped with the separation. Also, she was happy to get the bins in/ out and water our plants (all included in her visits). I would definitely recommend her! Her honest and caring nature allowed our cat to settle so well. “Nice town centre, and just around the corner from the high street, clean and good rooms, even thou looking at the high street through the window, it did not make any difference to the stay, well done team travel lodge, this was definitely one of the best travel lodges l have stayed in”

“I had a lovely weekend at Marston Croft. I have been a lot of hotels and Bed and Breakfast. This is the best experience so far. Owners Amanda and Graham were super friendly and the house itself is well decorated and Amanda has added a lot of personal touch to make it so warm. It was an exceptional experience esp. with homemade biscuits and hot tea ready upon our arrival. The breakfast served with fresh fruit, local produce sausage and homemade bread. I would highly recommend anyone to stay there and experience their superb hospitality. They have set "the bed and breakfast" to another high level. Will definitely go back. Remember to try Amanda homemade cake - Lemon Drizzle cake... yummy!”

“Absolutely beautiful little shepherd hut snowdrop, perfect for 2 people to rest and recuperate from everyday life! The bedroom with the full size window is beautiful to wake up to in the morning, with the views even in the rain! The hot tub is amazing, lovely and hot perfect to unwind and read a book. It provided the perfect space to explore the area and celebrate my cousins wedding which is what we came down for. The only suggestion would be to name the huts as it was confusing which one was ours. The hut also gets very hot when it’s full sunshine, maybe an idea to provide a bigger fan like a tower one if it’s summer. Thank you so much to Laura and Bridget for a wonderful few days. We will definitely be back to try the lodges which looking at the reviews sounds amazing also..”

“Town &.Country vets are amongst the very best around. Very knowledgeable, extremely professional and very nice people in general. John Abbott came out to us today to do a vaccination and do 3 of our horses teeth. He was brilliant. My daughter Amber also wants to be a vet, John was only too happy to show her exactly what he was doing together with the issues he’d found and sorted out. Invaluable experience for a would be vet. Recently people have been complaining about the charges all vets pass to on their customers but when your vet turns up when you need them with everything on their van from portable x-ray machines, scanning equipment to blood sample diagnostic machines nobody is in a position to complain. That said, when the partners make the decision to invest heavily in their practice for your benefit there has to be a return on that investment. If your vet has to refer you, you’ll wish your vet had the same foresight as Town & Country. I couldn’t recommend them enough, we are lucky to have them looking after our horses and pets.”

He’s always happy to go in and we feel really comfortable leaving him. For our wedding, Dan kindly bought our spoilt pooch to our reception and it was the perfect addition to our day.
