The service of Mercedes T&V is far, far superior to the passenger vehicle dealers. I can never get through to parts at Mercedes Llandudno and always get promised a call-back, which never comes! Jay Dempsey, however, has been absolutely brilliant. Chasing a certificate of conformity for a 1995 vehicle that, as it turns out, doesn't exist. Went to the effort of calling me multiple times and even e-mailing Mercedes engineering in Germany to help me get the answers and information I need. The standard of service you'd expect from people selling S-Classes and AMGs, not pick-up trucks and box vans. Can't speak highly enough, if the rest of the dealership is like Jay, your vehicles will be in good hands. Thank you.”

“Great service by professional friendly staff, from the guy who took my phone call and made the booking, to Phil the mechanic who supplied and fitted my battery at very short notice. I made the call at 1pm and my battery was fitted at 3:45pm. Very pleased with the service and more than happy to recommend them.”

“The colourful eyed woman in the cowboy hat was warm, funny, and genuinely helpful. She answered all our questions right away and supported us throughout. The cash machines were a bit confusing everything was green, and the warnings weren’t clear, especially since we hadn’t used Asda in a while. Thankfully, the woman in the cowboy hat added both colour and clarity to the place. I also got the nicest lighter shade I’ve ever bought a greyish blackand the flowers looked impressively fresh, not faded at all.”

When I’ve had a medical episode and was stuck on the floor, the staff sat with me and gave me anything I needed. They are all so lovely there and make it an accessible experience for me! “A very large Asda store with everything you might be looking for. They have the usual grocery section as well as a home and clothing area. You will also find a cafe here as well. This shop also has large clean toilets which are open to the public which is appreciated. There is plenty of dedicated free parking so you won't have any issues finding a space.”
