The staff always go above and beyond to assist us, especially when it comes to larger items like prams and car seats. The facilities on site are also top-notch, making our visits so much easier. Recently, we had an issue with our pram, but the staff resolved it immediately, leaving us happy and satisfied with the service. We can't thank them enough for their friendly and informative support. A special thank you to Sarah and the gentleman (sorry we have forgotten your name) who helped us, you both have been outstanding in helping us choose quality products for our baby. “I received excellent customer service from The Sleep Centre at Champions trading park Upton, where they have a very good selection of beds and mattresses and are fairly priced. I was able to choose a mattress with ease and the assistance given was very helpful. Mattress was delivered the following morning and old one removed for a small fee. Top marks awarded!”

“I am not one to regularly comment or leave a review but the service that we have received has been nothing but excellent. Alex has designed a kitchen that meets all our needs and nothing has been to much trouble for him, he does really enjoy his work. We now have an ideal kitchen provided at a reasonable price and yes it was flat packed but with the cams and dowels pre installed it was quick and easy to assemble. This is a quality product at the right price and everything from design to delivery went to plan with nothing missing but a little damage to one item that was immediately rectified following one phone call. I would recommend that anyone looking to replace their kitchen contacts Alex at Jonas & James Wigan.”

“Plenty parking spaces. Lots of art and craft items at reasonable prices. I buy pet food from here and it's also a good price. Be careful of the time you spend here. I came once and brought a friend, we took ages browsing around and visited the cafe. The food was nice and we stayed for an extra coffee after food. I unfortunately got hit with a parking fine as we'd gone over the three hours. It's a big store and lots to look at and it's easy to lose track of time in the cafe. Be mindful of the ⌚. The car park is owned by a private company separate to the business.”
