“Been nicely cleaned up recently after being taken over by new management. Food starting in November & a big refurbishment planned for January. Good priced beer, free pool on Tuesdays & sport on all the tvs!”

“Bought an electric toothbrush with Tesco vouchers. It stopped charging , despite trying different cables and sockets. Took it to the help desk and a wonderful woman called Abigail went above and beyond what I had expected or could have hoped for. I had no reciept and was three months out in the date & Abigail found it on the till. She agreed the brush was faulty and offered an exchange, which was exactly what I had hoped for but thought it unlikely. The exchange was complicared because we had used Tesco vouchers. She sorted that and got the vouchers replaced. There were more complications which she also sorted. She deserves a medal for her patience and understanding.”

“We stopped here on a journey down the M6 instead of using the motorway service area. It's a massive pub that has the normal great Wetherspoons menu with something for everyone. The pub was clean and tidy, and food came quickly, especially when ordering on the app. Everyth was hot and well cooked.”

“Absolutely Fabulous, with a brilliant menu choice, good size portions, not over priced and friendly helpful staff. Salt and Pepper Chicken and Chips is my favourite choice. This is the only place in the world I have ever been where you apply your sauce from an Udder, it is BRILLIANT!!, go visit and you will find out what i'm talking about. I work at a lot of different circuits around the country and this is by far the best Cafe of them all. See you again soon.”

“We enjoyed a delicious Afternoon Tea for 3 today. The food was amazing along with the attentive staff - nothing was too much trouble. Delicious sandwiches, salad, crisps and an abundance of delicious home-made cakes. Definitely recommend this lovely establishment if you visit Wigan.”

“You know what your going to get. Top notch service, a great variety of coffee and food The drive through is excellent. You can eat inside now. I love Starbucks coffee its just so tasty and silky. Obviously the cakes and warm sandwiches are awesome Yes its abit dear but its very good quality product.”
