“Wow!! My wife and I booked Taz for our daughters birthday party. It was her fifth. I was absolutely blown away by how brilliant Taz was. Taz had the kids in the palm of his hand for an hour and a half. None of them, not one, even got up to get a drink. Taz was hilarious!! Obviously the kids found him funny but mums and dad's did too. One parent complained as her jaw was hurting from laughing so much!! His magis was brilliant too, making the birthday girl the star of the show!! He made it a really special event. So much so that loads of the parents present were asking about booking him in the future too. I cant state enough how awesome Taz was. I wouldn't have anyone else now!!! Great entertainer amd all round lovely guy.”

“I am not living in Liverpool, but a good friend just moved there, well I bought in the website a voucher as a present for my friend, and all the experience was perfect! They sent to my friend a lovely card with the voucher, and later on in the shop, my friend found a pair of beautiful shoes, and She has described the shop and the people as very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely recommend this place.”

“My husband received a gift of a recording session at Coverstar for his birthday.We went today and had an absolute amazing time.Matt was a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome while guiding my husband through his recording experience.I would highly recommend a visit here for a great time.”

“Booked a small date day with the Mrs for the Alice in wonderland escape room just the two of us. We booked early in the day and arrived and was welcomed in by Dayna who was fantastic throughout. The room its self was amazing and well designed. We hadn’t done an escape room for a long time so it was tricky to start off but when you get going everything ticks. We absolutely loved our host Dayna and how interactive she was through giving hints and tips, she even had a Cheshire cat character voice when giving hints which added to the room. Absolutely fantastic morning, great host, great room. Will definitely be booking more rooms in the future. Dayna is credit to the business and makes you want to rebook!”

“Had a great time in the competitive escape room, where your team races against another to get out. The rooms were nicely done and the challenges were tough to complete in 60 minutes. The host was also welcoming and enthusiastic.”

“Definitely the best in the business, thank you for making our party everything we dreamed of Jack. We used Academy Entertainments for our Dj, Singer and Sax player and they were all incredible! Jack took the stress out of sorting entertainment completely for our party, couldn’t recommend it enough. Once again thank you for making it the best night of our lives.”

“First visited in July to have a look around and see what we needed as first time parents to be. Greeted by Nicky who gave us a checklist and talked us through all the things to consider that we might need etc which was great as we are complete novices!! Back today, again greeted by Nicky who really looked after us. We chose our pram and tested it outside, tested it in the car to make sure it fitted etc which was amazing service! Nicky then helped us to choose a car seat and base which was suitable for our car and also fits on our pram. We got an amazing deal and we are so excited and happy with our choices. We had an amazing shopping experience and would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Nicky was lovely and really helpful and knowledgeable too. Definitely made the experience of choosing and buying the most important items not at all daunting which was great. Thank you Nicky!”

“What an experience! From start to finish I'm so impressed with the design and running of the 'Snatched' game they have at Contained. The host, Sean, did such a great job at preparing us (scaring us) from the start and the actual game had your heart pumping from start to finish. I would 100% recommend this to any escape room goer for something completely different and very very memorable.”

“This is our second time using Window To the Womb after a miscarriage after our first pregnancy. During the very first scan the staff were great and the scan assistant Julie was so lovely and caring when we struggled to find the baby and it was a bit smaller than we expected. This time round things have gone better for us and again the all the staff we have interacted with have been wonderful and just made both experiences nice even though the first one was a bit stressful.”

“Food was beautiful, real Jamaican vibe. Service from Mo was amazing, he couldn't do enough for us. Cocktails kept flowing at all times ha. Tried most the menu, all so nice. Calm quiet atmosphere with some quiet music in the background. Love the Turtle Bay, Worth every penny. Definitely be back very soon.”

“Came here today for the inflatables with 8 13 year olds. They had a blast!!! Lots of fun and laughter. It wasn’t that clear what we had to do initially, told to wait in the cafe as the chaining room was full. Then when they went to change were sent out. No real direction until Chris came to our rescue. He’s the only one fully switched on and this made all the difference to our visit. Thank you Chris you were brilliant, very much appreciated.”

“Great Venue for some pub games with friends or significant other. The rates are far and there’s plenty of tables/boards that you’ll usually get a game. Upon arrival you do need to sign up to their system, takes around 2/3minutes done by a QR code when entering. Everyone who is with you must do it for reference. The service is great and very friendly alongside the cost of the drinks being fair and what’s expected for the city centre. Been a few times and will continue to go Riley’s whenever I feel like a few games with friends.”

“My first visit to this concert hall. Very welcoming staff throughout. A spectacular auditorium with good acoustics; I heard the RLPO playing on their home turf. A nice bar area too. I sat at the back of the circle and I did find the legroom a bit cramped but that's a minor quibble.”

“Had a day pass to use the laundrette. The lady on reception was very polite and welcoming. Even said leave your washing on and il put it in the dryer for you . Came back after few hours, all done . Excellent service”

“8th birthday party. Superb venue. Kids had a ball. I initially didn't think the time slot was enough, but it was perfect. 1 hour of straight Nerf attack certainly tired them out, and the 45 minutes in the Dominoes room for the after part was brilliant! More than enough pizza to go round. (Including the adults). Can't recommend this venue enough. Staff were so helpful and on the ball. Well organised and exceptional value for money given you have the place to yourself whilst your event is on.”

“Arranged a 6 year olds party here, upgraded party package last minute and goals had no problem in the change. They catered for two children with food allergies and provided perfect substitutes. Manager Tariq was very attentive but hats off to the lovely lady who hosted our party, she was fantastic with the kids and adults… got us all involved! Fantastic for the price and everyone loved it. “My son wanted to go here to experience the electric go karts and was he impressed. The team were very friendly and approachable he put on his racing went through his driver briefing and he was ready to race. He had a good 20+ minutes practicing and really enjoyed it. Then he was ready to race on the full length track which was about the same amount of time. My son has only driven go karts twice before so he was delighted when he finished second overall in his group. I couldn’t recommend this place more accurately it was great fun from start to finish.”

“Brilliant place to visit the cinema or to take in some contemporary art. I usually come here to watch old films and there are plenty of seasons of movies from certain directors and genres etc. Lovely staff and a fab environment away from the hustle and bustle of the larger cinema chains.”
