“Had the absolute best time, most fun I've had in ages and well worth the money. We did The Lodge and got really close to escaping but the puzzles are challenging, but that's a good thing. Our game host Sophie was fantastic, very welcoming and helpful. Honestly couldn't recommend it enough, our first escape room but definitely won't be our last. Being a lab, swimming is one of her favourite activities but it’s nice being able to take her to a safe, secure and warm pool, especially during winter! She isn’t too sure with males sometimes but Mike makes sure she’s always comfortable around him and she now she even asks for attention from him when she has a breather. “I really recommend windle house dental and its staff especially Imane and Lea as dental practitioners. I'm a 45 year old who is autistic and I have mental health issues and I find it very difficult to go to the dentist because of my disabilities and I have bad oral health. When I went for my first appointment with Imane and Lea, they considered my disabilities and mental health and they made me feel very calm and comfortable and they didn't judge me. They adapted their procedures to fit my needs and they have improved my oral health. I now continue to attend my dental appointments with Imane and Lea,  where as before I would have never left my front door to attend a dentist appointment.”

“I have been going for 30+ years here. And I have never had a problem apart from one dentist that did not clean teeth probably or said things that no other person had said in that place before and I also felt that he was trying to get more money out of people. for example making me pay £25 for extra teeth cleaning and when I came out I felt like my teeth had be poked and not really cleaned. I told the people at the reception all the dentist did and they said see another person next time and after that appointment you still don't want to see him they will write that on my notes. SO I DONT SEE THAT DENTIST ANY MORE ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE OR HAVE WORKED THERE HAVE BEEN AMAZING They are private dentist and if you can afford to pay for your dental plan and for any extra treatment if you need any. I do suggest Kiln Lane dentist in St Helens.”

“All the team were fantastic on my first visit. I’d been waiting for an NHS referral for over 6 months. Got to the point where I had an abscess and needed things sorting out quickly. Phoned on the Friday, consultation on the Monday, extractions of difficult teeth the following week. The oral surgeon who dealt with me, Kate, was fantastic. Must of taken her 3 minutes to remove both teeth. I was very apprehensive before the procedure but everything ran smoothly. Can’t thank everybody who I’d seen at the practice enough. Thank you!!”

“I recently moved to The Wirral and struggled to find a Dentist taking NHS patients so reluctantly I started to look around for a suitable private practice. I feel so very fortunate to have found Tam and his team at Telegraph Road Dental Practice conveniently almost opposite the bus station in Heswall. On entering the surgery I felt very much at ease due to the reassuring, kind and understanding welcome I received from the receptionist, Jan. The patients, Tam, the dentist, and the rest of the team there are fortunate to have such a capable girl ensuring the smooth running of the day to day admin of the surgery. I cannot speak highly enough though of the whole team who are all so empathetic, professional and welcoming but especially of Tam himself. His patience in explaining treatment and X-rays to ensure I understood all that was involved, his excellent care while doing the treatment and the exceptionally high quality of the work he did was amazing. Obviously the cost of moving to private dental treatment was worrying as I am retired and on a relatively low income but the practice offers a reasonably priced dental plan which compares pretty well with other people I’ve spoken to which helps spread the cost a little and offers discount on treatment plus two free check ups and 2 free appointments with the hygienist each year which is very reassuring as I feel it is important to look after our oral health as much when we are older as when we were young. I can honestly say that my experience at Telegraph Road Dental Practice has left me feeling that I am in v capable hands. In Summary I would say; Excellent, Professional treatment from a great team with no more long waits for appointments and well worth the cost.”
