“We called in for a Sunday roast a few weeks ago, the food was delicious. Staff are very good, and the owners are lovely. Since then we have been in the evening for another delicious meal, the pudding are very nice to. Overall this place is a hidden gem. Well worth a visit! “We love the Vale Royal Abbey Arms because it’s a large, well-managed pub in a good location, with plenty of parking. Our dog loves it because there’s usually plenty of space in the dog-friendly dining areas and there’s even a dog menu and doggy treat station. The food is very good - I’m a particular fan of the steak and ale pie, and you can have a miniature dessert and coffee if you’ve not got room for a large portion. The service is excellent. We have been looked after several times by Ben - who is particularly thoughtful and efficient.”

“Had a bit of a mix up because my friend put the wrong contact number down and the takeaway we think was stolen from the door step. We have been in contact with Saffron and they have been brilliant about everything and have even agreed for us to make another order, free of charge. They could have quite easily told us no but they didn't. I'm very happy about the way they have been. The food itself I have always found brilliant, value for money. Looks like they get a bit of a bad wrap on reviews and I genuinely don't know why, I have never had any problems and the food is always spot on. Would highly recommend.”
