“Its got a good pool and a great large open gym. The staff are all helpful and friendly and you get a free pass for the carparks. Its also only a couple of minutes walk from both Conway Park station and the main bus station. Overall, I couldn't fault it even if I wanted to.”

“Today I visited the St Helens store and approached two gentleman one was called Jordan I didn't catch the other gentleman's name, extremely friendly I needed help regarding cables for a VCR I found, my mum's just recently passed away and I wanted to watch these video tapes to help me remember. These two lads were fantastic they knew it wasn't a worthy sale but they went above and beyond they expressed sympathy as I got upset and made me feel comfortable! I visited the store around 10am. Please give these two men a incentive as they both represent the company so well and I will be back in this store this week to make sure they have both been acknowledged by management”

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to be helpful and polite. It's rare to encounter a team that is so genuinely friendly. Beyond the excellent service, I was truly impressed by the quality of the hotel's facilities. The gym and pool were both fantastic and well-maintained, which was a huge bonus. It's clear the hotel invests in providing a top-notch experience for its guests. Overall, it was a truly great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Runcorn to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with superb facilities and wonderful staff.”

“Great hotel on the outskirts of Chester. Approx 15 min drive to the zoo, Cheshire oaks and Chester city centre. Was slightly worried after booking as read some reviews that didn't rate this hotel but we found it great. Staff very friendly and always happy to help. Bar area nice, breakfast and bar food we had very tasty. Room clean and tidy. Had a problem with the room door not working properly but the handy man arrived promptly and sorted very quickly. Pool and gym facilities looked lovely but didn't use on this occasion. Would stay again.”

“After staying at a Britannia Hotel before and being disappointed I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was very clean, warm and comfortable. The evening meal was very enjoyable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We spent some time in the enclosed garden, shielded from the elements. Breakfast was also enjoyable, staff being very helpful and friendly despite obviously being very busy. We only had an overnight stay, but we were made very welcome.”
