“Great hotel on the outskirts of Chester. Approx 15 min drive to the zoo, Cheshire oaks and Chester city centre. Was slightly worried after booking as read some reviews that didn't rate this hotel but we found it great. Staff very friendly and always happy to help. Bar area nice, breakfast and bar food we had very tasty. Room clean and tidy. Had a problem with the room door not working properly but the handy man arrived promptly and sorted very quickly. Pool and gym facilities looked lovely but didn't use on this occasion. Would stay again.”

“My wife and I do our shopping at this Coop regularly as it is so conveniently close to where we live. It is always well-stocked and offers good value-for-money. The shop staff and manager are consistently friendly, helpful and professional.”

“A good Asda store with a lot of parking in close proximity to several other stores. A very good clearance section today, with a cafe upstairs too. This store also has a book donation trolley for kids, we have donated several books here to the cause.”

“Excellent choice of food. The pizza is great. Not too expensive considering location and quality (especially with member discount). Prefer to eat outside as inside has a noisy canteen atmosphere, and it gets very busy so takes a while queuing up- but it's worth it for fresh food cooked in front of you!”

“Ordered in from here last night and had to drop a review because of how great the experience was. Sai, the delivery driver, deserves a shout-out for being super quick and friendly. The pizza was top-notch - arrived hot and just the way I like it. Service was on point, didn't expect to get my meal so fast. And while I didn't dine in, the vibe over the phone and the neat packaging gave me good feels about the atmosphere. Definitely going to be my go-to spot for pizza nights!”

“We were a walk in, quite early on a Saturday. We were in a bit of a rush as had a gig to go to down the road. Excellent choice! We were one meat eater and two pescatarians. Service was very good from all staff, There was a massive selection including vegetarian options for us fussy ones. Our meat eater had the mixed grill tandoori thing with sauce and it was it looked great Food was amazing, could really taste the herbs, the rice was delicious and looked amazing, and the nann breads were huge. Couldnt fault the whole experience! It will be our regular gig stop off from now on!”

“I have had the cheesy chips and curry sauce from here many times after a drunken night out and loved it but was hesitant to try sober as i didnt know if my love for this place was the drink talking. Today i tried the cheesy chips any curry sauce sober for thr first time and it did not disappoint! I can wholeheartedly state that Go Fresco is the best place in chester to order this type of food drunk or sober!”

“Afternoon tea was amazing last week, we booked a table for 12 people and were amazed how good it looked when we all arrived. Table was dressed up It had lots of xmas ribbons and lace thanks to staff member Amy. Food was just brilliant lots of fresh sandwiches, cakes and some lovely warm scones. Fresh coffee and tea offered a few times so we all had lots of fresh drinks. It made our xmas so special. Many thanks to all the staff.”

“Excellent dumplings! It is a very simple dish but very hard to master to the level found here. They are filled with a lot of mixture and all of them came perfect considering they are all handmade. We have tried multiple variations and all of them were excellent. I kind of regret not trying the special of the day as it sounded more experimental but considering how good the standard ones have been, we’ll have to come again one day. Great service and very nice place to dine it. Bravo!”

“Been here a few times and food has been great every time. Really struggled to choose what to eat today as I was very hungry and everything sounded so good! Settled on a small plate of southern fried "chicken" bites and a mini dirty fries with vegan doner meat (£15 total). Staff were helpful in advising how big portions were. Both fridges were delicious, and generous portions. Surprised I managed to eat everything but there was quite a bit of salad on the dirty fries for which I was grateful, as it might have been a bit too heavy otherwise. I would definitely have both these items again. ☺️”

“Great craft beer bar. Friendly staff and atmosphere with reasonable prices for the products available. Children are allowed on till 7pm which is handy. Would recommend for anybody who likes their beer or just likes a local atmosphere from an independent local business.”

“This is the cream of the crop when it comes to convenience shopping. Anything you need from AAA batteries to a fray bentos minced beef & onion pie, this magical premises will surely have it. The staff are unmatched in both service and hospitality and the ambiance when you step in is bordering on euphoric. Trust me, in Vendees you'll want for nothing. I'm naming my firstborn after this establishment.”

“Always have to pop in when i’m in chester, the staff are so friendly and welcoming and honestly fit the vibe of the shop so well. They always have cute clothes, bags and jewellery stocked that i would genuinely give my whole life savings for. As well as so much Wiccan stuff which as a pagan is so amazing to see!! Always have to at least buy some incents when i go in because I can’t resist. Highly recommend!!”
