“Had a great dinner here. The food was delicious and very fulfilling. We ordered the chicken wings, jalapeños with cream cheese, house special quesadillas and burrito for the two of us, and still couldn’t resist getting a dessert - churros with chilli chocolate sauce. My favourite is their special sauce chicken wings.”

“I purchased an 18th Birthday Cake for my daughter. Great service - we received exactly what we ordered. Lovely personal touches were added to the cake, making it more special. The cake itself was fresh and very tasty. Some of the comments we received included: Charlotte is so clever. That's the best cake we've ever had. That cake looks too good to eat! I really couldn't fault the cake. I would definitely order another one in the future.”

“We recently had our kitchen completely renovated by Sapphire Kitchens in Liverpool, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very first consultation with Tony, they took the time to really listen to what we wanted and gave us honest, practical advice to make the most of the space. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free. The team arrived on time every day, worked with real care and attention to detail, and always left the place tidy at the end of the day - Dan the joiner / fitter was brilliant. Communication was excellent throughout – we always knew what stage the project was at, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Sapphire managed all the contractors - electricians, plasters, floor tilers and painters - which reduced stress and work for us. The finished kitchen is stunning – modern, functional, and built to a really high standard. It’s completely transformed how we use our home, and friends and family can’t stop complimenting it. You can tell they take great pride in their work, and it really shows in the quality of the finish. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and friendly local team for a kitchen renovation. “We had a fabulous evening meal at Bolete. We've been here before, so know what to expect - a friendly welcome and efficient service, innovative, well cooked food that is bursting with flavour, a good quality drinks menu, a chilled but not quiet atmosphere - it's a treat each time we go. I have a slight dairy intolerance and received the usual, very helpful advice from the owner on what dishes would suit me best. Lucky to have this place so close by.”

“Great showroom, compact but can view all door and cupboard options and Kate helped us brilliantly with choices and design for our bedroom. Different storage options make very best use of the available space. Fitting went very smoothly and the guys made it look so easy but sure their skill provided all the finishing touches. Great value, especially compared with more national companies, would certainly recommend”

“What a fun unique restaurant! From the moment you walk in Paulo , The chef/owner, welcomes you with open arms. He customized each one of our party of 8 dinners. He wants to know your level of spices , add this or that , what ever flavors you would like he can create. He had a wonderful wine list to complete our meals. It is a fun enjoyable dining experience! We would definitely go back to his restaurant!”

“Vale Royal Kitchens, Winsford recently designed and fitted my new kitchen (January 2024). I can honestly say that Paul listened carefully and designed a kitchen for me, nothing was too much trouble, from start to finish, everything went smoothly. Fitter was superb, as were all the Trades and overseen by David throughout the installation. I feel it’s important to trust and build great relationships and I certainly would recommend Paul and VRK to anyone looking for excellent quality and service. Thank you VRK. I definitely have a kitchen to be proud of and I have had so many compliments from friends and family.”

“Lovely little restaurant with friendly staff, great service and good food. We went for dinner as part of a little pre Christmas trip to Chester. The small plates were delightful. We had the focaccia, meatball and fried lasagna. Every item was lovely… and I’ve definitely been inspired to deep fry my lasagna in future! We had the onglet, bhaji burger and broccoli tagliatelle for mains. The onglet was delightful, but I didn’t regret my choice (the tagliatelle). The mango ketchup that came with the bhaji burger was too sweet for us, but I’m sure it would have suit those who have a sweeter palate. If we had extra stomach space, I would have loved to try the lasagna (because the fried version was so nice!) Nothing wrong with the dessert per se, but they were the weakest course… which was a little odd. The chocolate crème brûlée was fine but nothing to write home about … while the sticky toffee pudding was not the right texture for me. The coffees were delightful though!! Overall, this was a good find! I’d love to go back during the day and try their brunch - the Malaysian in me is intrigued by the chai tow kway & paratha (the description is that for chai tow kway so not sure where the paratha comes in, but I wanna try it!!)”

“Been to Figo’s twice now and second time was even better than the first. The restaurant is beautiful, the service is amazing and the food is always top notch. I had the lamb chops last night and can genuinely say they were the best I’ve ever had. Packed full of flavour and tender. The fish is very fresh as well as the veggies and you can tell everything is made to order. The portion sizes are great here and it’s affordable dining. Big fan of both their Turkish red wines as well. Can’t recommend enough.”

“Brilliant fitter, Mark...worked solidly to de-construct our 1960s bathroom and create our shower room ....Each night the work area was tidied and ready for the morning project...All the bathroom fixings and fittings have been really efficient... We are really pleased and have recommended the company and bathroom fittings for our children”

“I stayed here for two nights and the experience was genuinely solid. Great and varied breakfast options, an excellent central location, and very comfortable beds made the stay smooth and enjoyable. I’d also like to highlight the team — Sergio at the reception was extremely helpful and professional, Rafael in the restaurant brought a lot of positive energy, and Dawid rounded off the stay perfectly with a friendly conversation. As someone who works in the industry, I really appreciate this kind of natural and authentic guest approach. Overall, a hotel definitely worth recommending — both for the service and the location.”

“We visited for lunch when we arrived in Liverpool and then for breakfast the next three mornings. What can I say, we loved the food at Peaberry, the quality, quantity, choice and price was excellent. Over the course of three days we had beef brisket toasted sandwich, club sandwich (which has to be the biggest sandwich I’ve ever seen), full english, new york bagel, beef brisket and poached eggs on sour dough, pancakes with bacon, syrup & pecans and avocado, poached eggs and tomatoes on sour dough. We also had mimosas the first morning to start our weekend break. As I said all food was excellent, tasty, hot and arrived with no delay. Staff were all friendly and polite and we loved the decor. If you are in the area you must visit, you won’t eat a hotel breakfast again. I am so glad I researched the area first. We could have stayed another few days and still not worked our way through the menu! One last point, thank you for providing a decent teapot that holds more than one cup of tea, an essential start to my morning!”

“The food from Aros is great, we are regulars here and always get the share boxes. We had chicken and steak, the food is always great quality and really tasty. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Worth the trip for a takeaway or eat in ! Must try the punch as well it’s sooo good”
