“I've recently moved to this pharmacy for my repeat prescriptions, due to problems with my previous one. Can't fault the service from Boots. Always have my items ready on time and gave me great advice on why a certain prescription couldn't be filled, whereas my previously pharmacy just said no. It was sorted swiftly and the team are always so lovely and willing to help. Yes, it can take a while to get through on the phone and yes, sometimes you may have to queue for a little while, but this is a nationwide issue in most places. I have no problems with this pharmacy and very happy I swapped to them!”

“A very large Boots with everything you could need from cosmetics to medicines etc. It also has a great pharmacy with helpful and knowledgeable staff. There is plenty of free parking just outside so you shouldn't have any issues finding a space.”

“Store with an abundance of parking, an inpost & Amazon locked, pharmacy, petrol station and cafe. It also had a £1 range which I’ve never seen in a supermarket before, a decent selection of items to choose from.”

“I hope I’m remembering her name correctly ! I believe it was Fiona from the bobbi brown counter. She is incredible. I came in looking for Charlotte tilbury but glad I left having bought the bobbi brown foundation for dry skin. Can confirm I’ve just done a 10 hour shift wearing this foundation that I bought this morning, and it’s hasn’t budged ! Most foundations only showcase and highlight my dry skin and texture more, but this foundation is perfect, as Fiona reassured me it was. It’s incredibly hydrating. Fiona is amazing, she really took the time to make sure the foundation was the right shade for me and that it worked for my dry skin. She even recommended a primer, too. I hope someone from the team sees this and gives her a massive round of applause, she was a dream! - Sophie :) xx”

I love Superdrug due to their strong ethics regarding animal welfare and cruelty free own brand products which definitely needs highlighting and i will always shop here because of this. “My pharmacy didn’t give me the correct repeat prescription and as they close at 11am on a Saturday, I couldn’t get any of my tablets. After a phone around, Boots in Mold said they could help. When we got there, we had a lovely welcome from the pharmacist Sally, who couldn’t have been more helpful. She checked my details and supplied me with an emergency prescription. All done within 10 minutes. She was friendly and reassuring. Thank you so much.”

“Popped into Broughton to get slippers. Didn't have my size. Extremely helpful member of staff checked the stockroom but as none there she offered to check other stores for me to find them. She was very helpful and found them in chester city centre store. Appreciated”

“Stayed in Newton for a month and came here nearly everyday… Fresh baked goods, solid meat selection, and plenty of fruits/vegs. Coming from Hawaii the prices were absolutely better. The quality of everything blew our minds. Back home there is a lack of “organic” options. Imagine paying $2 for one apple in Hawaii while for 99p you could get six! We spent probably £400-500 here where we would have spent $2,200+ at home for the same stuff.”

“Plenty parking spaces. Lots of art and craft items at reasonable prices. I buy pet food from here and it's also a good price. Be careful of the time you spend here. I came once and brought a friend, we took ages browsing around and visited the cafe. The food was nice and we stayed for an extra coffee after food. I unfortunately got hit with a parking fine as we'd gone over the three hours. It's a big store and lots to look at and it's easy to lose track of time in the cafe. Be mindful of the ⌚. The car park is owned by a private company separate to the business.”

“I have just completed my 2 day first aid refresher course. I cannot recommend Kay’s medical enough. I have been on these courses before and I do enjoy them personally in general as it’s a course that is useful in your home life and not just beneficial to the company you work for. The staff are lovely the building is modern and can facilitate large groups easily. The course was delivered perfectly and I enjoyed my time learning everything I had forgotten over the last 3 years and a lot more besides!! More importantly the course was delivered adult to adult and at no point was I made to feel we were wasting our time on a course being dragged out to tick boxes and wallets, as that’s the feeling you get on a lot of courses. When we had finished on my way out the receptionist asked have you learned anything…. I replied we have learned everything we have forgot….. In my haste to join the Friday rush I annoyed myself because we learned much more than that! Allan and Becky’s efforts deserved better feedback and I look forward to the next one!!
