“Always spot on. Best Indian around in my opinion, portion size are generous and food is always piping hot when it arrives. Kebabs are fresh and naan breads are delicious. Tried most of the menu at this point and never really missed. Curry sauces are tasty, especially pasanda and Malaya. Our go to take away. Keep it up eastern spice. 10/10”

“Wonderful pub with a great atmosphere! The prices are VERY reasonable and it's always busy but not so busy that you struggle getting a drink or a place to sit. The people there are very friendly and welcoming as are the owners who are exceptional and often organise entertainment and other fun events. Highly recommended.”

“Best breakfast in Cheshire! At £13 for the Full English it is on the pricey side for a breakfast but you will not be disappointed. The only thing i would say is each time we've visited the open dining space is a little chilly!”

“I'd been wanting to try the food from here for a long time, and when I did I wasn't disappointed! The burger was huge, and the fries portion was generous. And the dessert/cake counter had so many options it was hard to choose! The server was friendly and helpful, and I'm looking forward to trying the new menu”

“Visited for the first time on a Wednesday, which is burger night, so obviously had to have a couple burgers! Very tasty on the whole, although the ratios of sauce to burger could definitely be worked on - one had a bit too much and the other needed lots more! Definitely recommend the PBJ time burger if you fancy something a bit different (and don't have a nut allergy). Shared some churros for dessert and these were very good. The atmosphere was also lovely, nice touch having board games and cards available. The real highlight was the friendly staff though, really made us feel welcome and made the night special.”

“A most enjoyable afternoon here after exploring the Whitegate trail! Top quality fish & chips and very interesting choice of draught beer!!! Had Camden Town Brewery Stout for 1st time and was better than Guinness! Tasted similar to Murphys stout! Also had Henry Westons Vintage Cider! Friendly staff and reasonable price! Great choice of other dishes on menu! Will be making a return visit for sure!!!”

“Fresh, tasty sandwiches and other breakfast and lunch options. They can get busy, but also take pre-ordered via telephone and online. Some people have moaned about the price, but you are getting fresh food and the portions are pretty big too. You do get what you pay for :)”

“Great breakfast nicely cooked 3 full English breakfast and one fried egg on toast. It would be nice if the staff smiled a bit. It sometimes feels as though it's a " think yourself lucky you are being served," approach to customer service. It was busy at the time to be fair, and the staff looked pushed. But I've had the same when it isn't busy. Will persevere as the food is tasty and good value.”

“Halloween experience, we visited from Glasgow which has it's own , but this one is fantastic, it's a very big area with masses of Halloween props and actors, great food and drink too, this is one you shouldn't miss, can't recommend it enough.”

“Been coming here for years even when I moved away I would drive the 10 miles back to pick up a Chinese. Portions are huge and the kids get 2 days out of the food. We get food once a week. Would highly recommend.”

The food was delicious and fresh. The prawn toast was one of the best I've ever had. Stuffed with real king prawns and not the mushy stuff you often get. Would also recommend the crispy chilli beef which was a delight. We will be back”
