All in all its an excellent place of learning and popular with parents throughout the area wanting their children to start their education there at the age of 4.”

“Our son joined Up & Away (Partou) when he was one year old, and he is now in his final year there. It has been a joy to watch him grow, develop, and become the independent young boy he is today. The nursery has played a key role in supporting his language and speech development, as well as reinforcing the five golden rules, which we continue to use at home. We are particularly grateful for the nursery's support during his potty training journey. The team was patient and encouraging, ensuring he had plenty of opportunities to use the toilet, and thanks to their efforts, he has had very few accidents. He has formed wonderful relationships with the staff throughout his time there, and his current favourites are Jenny and Ashley. While we are sad to say goodbye to such an incredible team, we are deeply appreciative of everything they’ve done for him.”

“For a Birthday present a few years back I was given the opportunity to fly in a light aircraft local to where I live. I enjoyed the experience of flying low around the Wirral and Liverpool so much (even taking control myself) that I booked a flying lesson the following week. You can book a lesson or experience directly on their website. You're given a phone number to call on the day to check weather suitability. My flight instructor, Carl is very approachable and will talk you through any questions you have. Learning to fly is obviously going to be a challenge and can be mentally draining at times but Carl is very forgiving and always remembers the days of himself being a student. His ability, confidence and teaching method passes over to the student quickly so you feel relaxed and comfortable taking information. There is also a club house at WLMS. Getting to meet other student pilots, exchanging numbers, becoming friends and helping each other out to achieve that goal is a major plus point of the school. I got my Private Pilots Licence around 2 years after my first lesson. The lessons were made a pleasure by Carl and the team and I couldn't thank them enough. What seemed a long shot turned into a reality. Thank you WLMS.”

“Strange at the moment as there seems to be a lot of work going on inside so entrance has changed. People asking how to get out etc. As always though volunteer staff and receptionists are there to help. Great system and certainly helps you feel at ease.”

“We came here for Tea on sunny Lark lane.We were quickly served by a bubbly blonde waitress firstly we ordered drink drinks which consisted of two cokes and two pints of a peach tasting IPA called Jubel. We then ordered our food which was two smashed burgers with chips lasagne with side salad and garlic bread and a massaman chicken curry with coconut rice and a poppadom. The food came quickly well presented I had the chicken massaman curry which I highly recommend if you haven't tried it before as it is really fragrant”

“My son went to this nursery a few years ago and the care he received here was excellent. All of the staff are really genuinely caring people and the kids love them. My daughter now attends and has additional needs. She is well looked after and the staff can’t do enough for her. The out door space is huge and has plenty of areas to explore for kids of all ages. I highly recommend this nursery.”

“Moorgate Nursery school is a truly outstanding nursery school. It is in the centre of Ormskirk, has easy access for drop off outside and has a very large, imaginative (and sheltered) outdoor play space which the staff utilise very well and the children get to play outdoors every day. The staff are very good at preparing the children for school. Munchkins childcare is also based on site which has offered the flexibility of having our younger children on the same site as 4 year old and wraparound care/holiday club.”

“Lovely nursery in a beautiful setting. Although the nursery is small it's full of character and has a massive garden and outdoor area with plenty of space for all of the children to enjoy. The building itself is unlike any other and has a lot of history. The staff are wonderful with the children and the meals are cooked fresh daily. I'd highly recommend!”

“Into the Ark is the most amazing provision for young children! The environment that has been created is just magical and a world of adventure and learning for all that attend. My little boy started here last sept (2023) what I noticed straight away is that the staff were fully invested in getting to know ‘A’ and ways that would help him to settle there. I love that they took the time to find out his interests and nurture a relationship with him. With this ‘A’ became a confident, happy and adventurous in the setting, thoroughly loving his play in camp. The communication with parents is fantastic, I love that you could see photographs and the activity board from the day on private Facebook page. I always felt up to date and included in what was happening. So thankful that ‘A’ has been part of the into the ark family. It has had such a positive impact on his early years education. Special memories made.”

“Quiet rural setting, incredible value for money and no minimum hours! Wow! A gorgeous little pre-school where old fashioned values such as manners, sharing and caring for others are key. My quiet little boy has settled beautifully in this setting which feels more like a child minders environment than a busy nursery where the very small numbers allow individual development needs to be met as they take small steps toward independent socialising. “Wow euxton pre school have been amazing for me and my children. I have had 2 children attend and have loved having the pre school in our life for 3 years now. They helped my children thrive in all areas. They helped with confidence, motor skills, friendships, toilet training and much more. I love the small friendly homely setting they have they feel like part of our family. The staff have been wonderfull and my daughter was very sad to leave for school however my younger child is still their and I can't thank them enough. They celebrate all the children for all of their achievements and encourage them to express themselves be adventurous and have confidence in themselves. Every child is given equal opportunity and no one is ever left out. The small setting provides a really good environment providing all the child's needs to be recognised and supported. In comparison to bigger nurseries we have experienced this nursery gave us a much better experience. The staff were available whenever I needed them and communication was great. I cannot fault them for anything and I am sad that we only have one more year left until my son will graduate. This nursery celebrates all cultures and faiths and special celebrations encouraging the children to learn about diversity within the society. The team are so lovely and they all love their job and it shows. Ino my child is safe and happy at all times. Thankyou for being such amazing teachers for my children giving them the best start to early years I could have wished for . Xxxx”

I don’t know personally all the staff but the girls on the 1-2 room are the most warm and loveliest people I’ve ever met, you can tell that they don’t just love their job, they have a personal interest for the kids well-being.
