“Ruislip Stars Nurseries is a fantastic nursery that my husband and I would highly recommend. Our daughter started at Victoria Road but has now moved to the new St Mary's (on the Fairway) branch. Our daughter has attended full-time since she was ten months old and has thrived under the care and affection shown by the whole team. They have always provided the highest level of care and enabled her to achieve her full potential. Our daughter suffers from multiple severe food allergies and it is very reassuring knowing that she is being looked after by such a diligent team. Nicole is a wonderful leader and is working with a fantastic team. Our son also attended the setting during his summer holidays and had nothing but positive things to say - in fact he was a little sad when his time there came to an end! Thank you Ruislip Stars for being so amazing!”

From initial telephone call and chat with Emma to going to the branch and talking to Dan and delivery by Luke, the whole experience was a real pleasure. “It was so easy to book in for a free health check on my battery and I was seen earlier than my appointment time ! Dave gave me a diagnostic print out as soon as he had tested the battery and explained everything clearly. He even asked to listen to my car start up to make sure there was no delay in that which all reassured me. He gave me advice about recharging my battery and how to get my intermittent fault sign checked at any garage. I was very pleased with the efficient and helpful service from Dave and would highly recommend Halfords for car check.”

“Original review: Very good store. The store is well stocked,parking is free,store is clean and the Scan and Go makes everything so much easier and more efficient. The only reason why I’m not giving 5 stars is because the dates on the food are poor. The branch I went to this morning at a service station had much better dates. Review edit(1 week fast forward): Clean store,they have Euros and US Dollars available at Waitrose. At the customer services desk they have a button if nobody is at the desk and someone will be there shortly. This all adds to a luxurious shopping experience.”

“I recently booked in for a service at BMW Ruislip service centre. The service went smoothly, and minor issues identified by the technicians via a video were dealt with promptly. I would like to thank my service advisor Sahana for her exceptional customer service, politeness and professionalism. She showed genuine care in ensuring my car was taken care of appropriately. Sahana exceeded expectations as she kept me informed and updated on my cars progress, and was both knowledgeable and confident when I had anything to ask. Sent me to customer care because she'd need to type the code in for my timber, rather than turning the wood over where the barcode was. Conversely, customer services were great. I needed for of something to qualify for discount, but they only had three in stock. She organised it so I didn't lose out and was really good about it.”
