“Best vets hands down. They love their animals so much and it really makes that difference. Pricing is very good too. Only thing receptionist was not very friendly when I paid my bill in cash. She seemed to be annoyed by this fact but the vets there are lovely and I would recommend to anyone”

“The staff in this store are brilliant! Really efficient and friendly. I had a GAIT Analysis done.At no point did I feel pressured to buy, I tried on loads of different trainers and the staff member spent ages explaining what to consider when buying running shoes etc. I ended up buying a pair of Brooks, and will go back for my next one! great job guys!”

“It was a surprise to stumble upon easyCoffee in Orpington, there used to be a small stand in London but I can't remember where but they did £1 coffees. The Orpington one is big and they have hipster things like bubble teas, pistachio frappe/lattesetc. I liked the way they had an easyHistory book which was an interesting browse. Coffee was not bad at all! The sandwiches look yum.”

“We were researching a riser recliner chair at at Orpington where we met Jon who could not have been more helpful. HSL are made in Yorkshire and come in various sizes from petite to Super Grandee. Most of the chairs will lift up to 25 stones and come in an amazing amount of fabrics including leather. The leather option although lovely costs almost 1/3 more. Jon explained the "fitting" aspect which is very sensible checking on hip width, leg length, height from the floor and 4 other aspects. We were shown probably 100's of fabric, we were offered samples and those they didn't have were posted to us very quickly. We have decided not to buy at the moment but if in the future I would not hesitate to return. The shop is very well appointed and I think there were 3 other lady staff members who were also very helpful. The shop also sells non electric chairs and 3 piece suites which looked very good but we didn't try any as that was not what we wanted. There is a VERY small car park at the rear probably only 3 spaces so if able to walk I would suggest parking elsewhere to save a tight 3+ turn to exit.”

“A very good place where my wife disappears and I walk round looking at stuff. The staff are super lovely. They do classes if you are into crafting etc which is well worth joining There is a lot of stuff here, sewing, crafting, art and if you want to learn any of these there are classes too Very friendly staff Also note if you have a blue light card, hobby craft gives some discount they don’t advertise this as much as you would think but if you are a blue light card holder like my wife use it”

“It was my birthday meal and everything was perfect. The pork belly bites are like candy that is sticky and melts in your mouth at the same time. My friend has mushrooms on toast to start and they were yummy with the combo of shrooms and that sauce. We then both had burgers - she beef and me chicken and they were excellent. They were very accommodating she didn’t want the bacon on hers but I did. The fries were so good and stayed hot for a long time. I also had an Islay old-fashioned - heavenly. We didn’t have room for dessert but they brought us out a couple of brownie bites and the were divine. I would definitely eat here again.”

Last time I didn’t have a great experience but this time... wow! She was so so lovely and accommodating. After having a csection and having to arrange a lift to pets at home that day, she explained that I would have to order and come back the next day for treatment. I apologised for not knowing and explained I would need to get a lift the following day (not expecting her to change the rules) She said “you know what... we aren’t busy let me go and sort that for you. It will save you getting someone to bring you back down.” She asked me about the baby etc She was personable and so so understanding She went above and beyond out of her way to help me That is customer service at its finest!!! Well done for getting someone like her on board! It makes such a difference to your day when you come across gems like that!!! Thank you! Please make sure this feedback gets back to her!! “Kelly is amazing - she is the master of highlights! I chose her because I saw her work on the headmasters orpington instagram. Before, my hair was 3 different colours (dark brown roots, warm mids, overbleached cool tone ends), and had banding due to home box dyes. After my consultation, Kelly corrected all this with minimal damage to my hair (when she could've upsold me and I wouldn't have known), she somehow matched my hair exactly to my reference photos which I didn't even think was possible in one sitting. I'm super happy with the results and feel like she took extreme care every step of the way. Also, a little while back I had a bob haircut done with Scarlet, and she was also outstanding. I've never had so many compliments on a haircut! Both girls were really friendly and easy to chat to as well, highly recommend ✨️”

“Our first visit to 5 Guys Orpington. Found the place and with easy free parking right outside. We ate early so the place was a little quiet , however very clean and tidy and happy staff team .Excellent service and fantastic hamburgers . A little at high price end but worth it. Special mention to HARVEY . He talked us through the menu and explained how the place works. Also hamburgers and meals were great . You can definitely notice the difference with this high quality. We would definitely use this restaurant again. Thanks Harvey !”
