“I arrived early to get changed for a wedding and your systems were down but Sarah sorted everything out for me, got me into a room to be able to get changed. She was so helpful. In the morning Claire was on duty and the breakfast was really busy, she sorted me out and was so friendly and helpful. A great experience.”

“We stayed here for 5 nights as a family of four. It was was a lovely spacious room with ample space for what we need especially as we mainly used it to sleep as we were out most of the time. The staff were really friendly especially at breakfast, our first couple of days it was really busy but the staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was constantly being topped up and was fresh. I really liked they did gluten free bread on request.”

“Just checked in earlier tonight - here for a week. Love that I can use points to cover a large part of my costs so that this trip is affordable. Rooms: nice room, easy to access internet, TV works well with lots of channel options. Iron and hair dryer included. Plenty of towels. A nice welcome letter as a platinum status card member. Only bad thing is the heat was on and stifling in the room--quickly turned it all off and opened the window to make a comfortable temperature. It really isn't that cold out to have the heat on. Could use a larger suitcase table or a second one for the carry ons we all have. Service: staff super friendly and nice. Big smiles on their faces when I checked in and came down later with questions. Location: it is close to Hammersmith Tube Station. Problem is bad signage - you can't find it! You'll see a big sign a few feet down a side street - it needs an arrow - you need to go down the side street to the hotel otherwise you'll walk right by it like I did. It is on the side street where the Subway--between the Lebanese Organic grocer and Subway.”

“Extremely impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the service. I was allowed an early check in and a bump up to a slightly bigger room which was spotless! Breakfast was delicious and the staff were pleasant and professional. I would stay here again if I was to visit London as this is out the way of the main city but close enough to a station to travel in quickly.”

“Lovely hotel rooms are small but perfect the breakfast selection is not huge but perfect best mushrooms I have ever had so tasty. It is just beside the tube which has you to heatrow in 45 minutes or less it is right beside the O2 in Shepard's bush loads of restaurants and bars around. The hotel lobby is very relaxing with its furnishings and soft light we could sit and relax before getting our flight home.”

“Amazing boutique hotel and staff. Some people complained about construction and noise but we didn’t experience any. As of our stay Nov 19th 2025, it was done. Renovated rooms looked great, very nice amenities, bed was ok but not as comfortable as it can be for a Marriott property, a bit short for a 6’2” person and pillows were a bit hard foam, the bathroom clean and spacious with very nice heated floors. Breakfast was great, restaurant staff were externally friendly and helpful, Murat, Marc, Nilam, and Palak were all amazing, thank you team for making our stay special. Will definitely come back. Very conveniently located in central London, close to train station and shops. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Would recommend this place and I would stay here again.”

“Stayed at this Holiday Inn just South of Regents Park near the heart of London for 5 nights at yhe close of August 2025.. It's close to the tube & other forms of public transportation aa well as pubs, restaurants, cafes, museums, etc. etc. The hotel hallways were a bit dated but the rooms were nicely appointed with modern amenities. The breakfast buffet had everything except an omelet station. Their coffee machines made any type of hot drink imaginable. I had a couple of cappuccino every morning & they were much better than Starbucks. Their restaurant & bar were open until 11p.m. & room service was almost all day. For the price, this hotel just can't be beat for its location & amenities. Lastly, the staff were always dressed to the nines & incredibly polite & helpful. Book your next stay in London & you'll be glad you did.”

“Great service from the team, very helpful and approachable. Rooms and breakfast was typical of premier inn, had good nights sleep. We stayed over Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. There are few disabled parking places and as it was not so busy the manager was kind to allow parking on Christmas Day. Location is 10-15 mins walk from Covent Garden with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Only recommendation would be to have some Christmas cakes for breakfast in the future.”

“My stay at the Crowne Plaza London - Kings Cross was fantastic. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, just a short walk from King's Cross station. Our room was modern, spotless, and quiet, providing a very comfortable stay. The true highlight, however, was the service. I must specifically commend the Front Desk Manager, Janith, for his exceptional professionalism. He went above and beyond to resolve a small issue with our booking, handling it with incredible efficiency and care. His commitment to guest satisfaction was truly impressive. Thanks to the excellent service and great facilities, I highly recommend this hotel.”

“Really enjoyed our breakfast here! There was a great variety of fresh food, and the buffet was always well-stocked. The pastries were warm, fresh, and looked amazing. It’s a very family-friendly place too — there’s a little toy area for kids in the restaurant, which was a nice touch. Our table was downstairs, and we found a cozy little reading corner tucked away with lots of books. It made the whole space feel extra inviting. The staff were all really friendly and polite, and everything just felt well taken care of. Would definitely come back!”

“Novetel Greenwich offered a lovely welcome from the moment we arrived. Great value parking made things convenient, and the breakfast delivered to our room was excellent. The bathroom was spotless and modern, and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, a really pleasant stay.”

“One of favourites to stay in for london, outside the main area so usually a little cheaper but 5min from a DLR station and worst case, 15min walk from the Elizabeth line (you can also dlr closer, but then you'll stand on the platform and ve able to see the slr station you cane from its that close), so easy access to central London and with the tube - Paddington, Heathrow and slough/reading all in practical direct reach. Relatively new build so good condition and quite a nice bar area, not a squeezed in after thought. Usual warm welcome from the staff, it is the people that make the brand...”

“I recently stayed two nights at Ibis London Excel Docklands while attending a business event at Excel London and I had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the venue, which made attending the event very convenient. The team was friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. The hotel itself felt cosy and comfortable with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I especially loved the breathtaking view from my room, it really added a special touch to the experience. Overall, a great stay in an excellent location. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Excel London for business or leisure.”

“I stay here regularly for business, all the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are always clean and apart from the occasional issue with streaming devices to the TV there's never been any issues. Could maybe add some specials to the dinner menu for a bit of variety but that's just being picky........”

“Went to Gravesend for the day and stayed the night here. Was greater kindly and served by Vlada who kindly got us a ground floor room have our Romeo with us (Maltipoo) she recommended a few places to visit while on our stay and very helpful. In the morning had the breakfast that is included in the stay and was welcomed very nicely by Claire who was very friendly too along with all the staff. Overall a lovely place to stay very chilled and wonderful staff”

“We came on a business trip and stayed 18-21 July 2025. We were immediately welcomed by Monica who was very helpful and pleasant. We stayed in a beautiful premium room that came with welcome surprise. Also purchased the meal deal and enjoyed good food and great service at the Willow Farm Table Table Restaurant. All in all a great experience in Rainham. Highly recommended and we plan to come again soon.”

“This is a really great hostel, especially if you need access to Kings Cross. It was literally a three or four minute walk from there. I booked an all female dorm room and I was the only one there. Everything was great. There was a heater as well and a nice view across the street. Only issue is the shower in the bathroom kind of flooded a bit and it’s pretty cramped. But besides that I really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and appreciated their cute little café and pizzeria. The lobby is a little bit condensed, but that’s to be expected and a busy high demand area.”

“I had a very pleasant stay in room 523. The bed was very comfortable and clean, as was the bathroom. The building is old so there are slightly shabby aspects to the apartment, but this wasn't a serious issue. The location is beyond excellent, just a short walk to King's road one way and Brompton road the other. It was great value for money, would choose to stay here again for sure.”

“I started my degree with GSM London and when they gone in to administration I moved to CU London its one of the best choices I have made. I have met some really good people from the reception to cleaners. The lecturers are so professional and can respond to you as quick as they can. Classes with Raza Mubasher are always fun, he is one of the best. I enjoyed his lectures. He teaches amicably and focuses on the practice work much. He breaks the lengthy accounting calculations and makes it easy”

“Great hotel overall, good location and good rooms. We didn't use any room service so I can't value it. Air conditioner is not regulable so I cannot choose air power and it's very noisy, but not as noisy as the fridge, which makes very loud random weird sounds, not letting me sleep well. Small old TV with not much technology, just including some basic channels and nothing else. Bathtub has a curtain, which is pretty old and weird to see as it's not very sanity-friendly, but it's cheaper, of course.”

“Came here as a group of 8 and had an excellent meal... food was really excellent. Interesting and diverse menus with dishes that were fresh and full of flavour. Absolutely no idea where the people on here who gave 1* reviews went because it wasn't this restaurant.”

“I was travelling alone and had a long early morning flight ahead so moved from another hotel in central London to Aerotel London at Heathrow Terminal 3, and I'm so glad I did! I had a single room with no window, and I had no plans other than to sleep, so, while it was small, it was convenient, clean and comfortable. I had three suitcases and they fit conveniently in front of the bed, and there is a small bench where you can rest an open case to go through it. There are three hangers on a stylish set of holders for your clothes/outer-wear. There is a kettle and complimentary tea and coffee, and there is a small restaurant on the 3rd floor called the Library. The lobby has some snacks and drinks for purchase also. Check-in and check-out were both easy, and the staff were friendly. Considering this is in the middle of an airport, it was so quiet! I will definitely stay here on my next transit through Terminal 3.”

“Couldn't fault the rooms. Rooms are massive especially the disabled ones... with mum having MS. Staff friendly service and brought mum extra blanket... The one downside the duvets could be alittle more warmer.... Reason for the 2 stars the location. If staying in london for more than a week and no transport its a problem as its right near healthrow airport. But thankfully the coach is within the bungle to london on the hols!”

“Room was large with a great bed, lots of different pillow types and sleep quality was excellent, rooms were also quiet. TV, wifi was perfect, lots of charge points including a EU socket. I liked the large window with roller blinds too. Breakfast had a very good range of products, self service or you could order specifically cooked eggs. Some food options nearby or their Zoom restaurant is available as was room service.. Most of all it's the first hotel I've been in where they had recycling bins in the room. A great stay, and staff were very good too.. oh and the rooms have fridges too!!!”
