As it turned out the best deal for both product and installation speed was Visions, our local Euronics store. Fiona was able to source a Bosch that fitted our specification and installed it within a couple of days, (weekend included) removing the old one for a reasonable charge. Result -- one happy customer.”

Not only advising on the appropriate phone but also how to use the phone and even set it up. That goes beyond good CS! She deserves a pat on the back at the very least.
