“Mans Best Friend Kensington & Chelsea Doggy Daycare is beyond brilliant. I have been bragging at the local dog park about Emma and her amazing team of doggy carers!! My little frenchie “lulu” has been attending since she was 4 months old - it has helped her so much in terms of socialisation, positive behaviours, and stimulation!! Jake is her favourite human who collects her and brings her home each day & who she goes to for cuddles as often as possible!! Highly recommend this daycare (& I did a ton of research & trials before I chose these super dog heroes!).”

“Longcroft Kenley/Gaby was amazing - her children too! As someone who was extremely nervous to leave her boys while I was away Gaby did an amazing job at making me feel at ease! I was sent daily pictures of them which was so nice/reassuring. The place itself is beautiful & there isn’t a lot of other kitties staying, so Gaby isn’t overly busy & is able to spend quality time with everyone. I will be bringing the boys back next time I go away… this will be there home away from home!”

“Ali is an amazing and caring person. She looked after our cat, Carrot, as if he were her own. Longcroft Cat Hotels are brilliant. When we took Carrot to Ali at Cole Green Welwyn I just instantly knew that he was going to be cared for so well. I just love receiving updates and photos and show them to everyone! He is returning to stay with Ali in a few days time and I am sure he too will enjoy his holiday as much as we shall enjoy ours. Thank you so much Ali........Carrot sends his purrs.....”

“We left our cat here for a little over two weeks and we were very happy. The room is very nice and clean with enough space for cats to roam. We got pictures and updates almost every day and from what we saw there were lots of toys provided. Highly recommend! Thank you Ann .”

“After viewing so many normal catteries we stumbled across Longcroft luxury cat hotel at Chelmsford for our two 6 month old, very active, Bengal kittens and we were so happy! I’m a very fussy cat-mum and really struggled to find anywhere that I was happy to leave my furbabies until I came and visited Tim at Longcroft. He really seemed to care and love all his furry guests and really put all my worries aside. The “suites” are immaculate, beautifully decorated and they had a great space with large, sturdy cat tree and lovely bedroom area with bed and Tim also brought in a water drinking fountain especially for the kittens to use which they loved and as it was hot they had their own fan too. We also took along a lot of their home comforts and toys which was welcomed. Every day whilst we were away we got lovely updates and or photos and a really lovely postcard “from the cats” on their last day. It really did put us at ease seeing them relax into their holiday home. Every evening the kids would ask if we’d heard from the cats yet :-) When we collected Bobby and Dolly they seemed very happy and relaxed (as did all the cats in their care!) which was just so lovely. “I have two cats, 9 and 7yrs, who had only ever known our home. I was incredibly stressed and nervous looking for somewhere for them to live for a week whilst we were between houses. Emma at Longcroft did a great job talking at length through how they looked after their guests, reassuring me my babies would be absolutely fine. And they were! The set up is fab, the pamper options are so cute(!), and they settled in pretty quickly, especially our most anxious baby. Emma sent photo updates to reassure us and after a couple of days I stopped stressing, which was down to Emma, her team, and the fab little luxury hotel she runs. I would definitely recommend!”

“This was my first time ever to take my Joey to a cattery let alone have him be away from his home so I was really anxious about the whole thing. Booking was very easy and straightforward. On the day, I met David who was so nice and answered all my questions and put me at ease. The place itself is incredibly clean and the cats do have plenty of room to move around and stay active. I left joey for 2 weeks and during the 2 weeks whenever I'd ask for an update or pictures , David would straight away send them to me. Joey is now back home and settled in and it's as if he was never away! Thanks David so much for making this a good experience for me and Joey!!”

“My two Tonkinese spoilt babies boarded at Longcroft when I had a short break away. Robbie sent me lots of reassuring photos and reports which were appreciated. They stayed in an extra large suite so had space to move around. I would definitely use the cattery again - if only I can find a vacancy in their busy bookings!”

“It's very easy to tell that Sarah is a 'cat person'. The setup is lovely and I was amazed as how easily my two cats settled in to the room for the 6 days they were to spend here. On return home they were so chilled out and it felt to us a good indication of the care they'd been given during their stay. My son absolutely loved the postcard that arrived the next day from the cats saying what a great time they were having too! Everything felt like the cats are the priority over all else, with an appreciation that it can be stressful leaving your animals with someone else when you go away. We will absolutely be using Dulverton again, thank you Sarah.”

“Excellent boarding kennels! We’ve been using Canada Farm for many years for boarding and grooming. The kennels are immaculate and the staff are always friendly and super confident when handling the dogs. I totally recommend them and I wouldn’t take our dogs anywhere else.”

“Victory will most certainly be staying here again! The staff were very attentive to her and made sure that she was fed and watered every day, while also ensuring her room was cleaned and she was given the opportunity to stretch her legs. They also picked up on her personality straight away and knew how to handle her. It was her first time at the cattery, and both I and her were very nervous, but the staff there made sure she was safe and sound the whole time. I have a very happy Victory back here with me now at home. Thank you to all at Oakley Cattery!”

“Dropped my cat off for 12 days while we were on holiday abroad. Lovely place with a lovely owner who is a cat lover. It was easy to find with lots of parking. Really local to me so it was convenient and had room to accommodate for my cat, with a heated blanket to keep her warm during the night. Highly recommend if you are looking for a local cattery to keep your cat while you are away.”

“Our cat, Otter recently stayed at the Shima Cat Hotel. The cattery is very clean and it was clear that Andina adores cats and looks after them as if they were her own. When we collected her, Otter was happy and relaxed, and tellingly, settled straight back in at home. Would definitely recommend and will be rebooking next time we go away. Thank you Andina!”

“My cats love staying at Oaks Cattery. They always come home happy. The owners are friendly and treat the cats as they would their own. Communication is good and we received messages to say how they were. The cattery is clean and well looked maintained. I will definitely use them again”

“I recently had the pleasure of boarding my rabbits at "My Pet Boarding Hotel", and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention that my furry friends received during their stay. Paul was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about rabbit care, and they went out of their way to ensure that my rabbits felt safe and comfortable during their stay. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of room for my rabbits to hop around and play. One thing that really stood out to me was the personalized attention that my rabbits received. he even provided fresh vegetables to ensure that my rabbit's diet was healthy and balanced. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at the rabbit hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of boarding for their furry friend. I will definitely be returning to this rabbit hotel for any future boarding needs! Thanks, Luis”

Sadly, Holly, who was almost seven years old, has since died but she was happy and healthy when she came home to us. “Review for Crayside Cattery We recently boarded our two cats, Teddy and Stanley, at Crayside Cattery, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment we arrived, we could tell that everyone truly cares about the animals. They are all so friendly, professional, and eager to make sure Teddy and Stanley were comfortable and well taken care of. The cattery itself is great. The pens were secure and spacious, which gave us peace of mind knowing they were safe. Each pen had a heating lamp to keep the cats warm, which is especially comforting during colder months. It was clear that the environment is well-maintained and designed with the pets’ comfort in mind. All in all, we highly recommend Crayside Cattery for anyone looking for a reliable and caring place to leave their pets. The staff’s warmth and the secure, cozy facilities made all the difference for us. We’ll definitely be bringing Teddy and Stanley back next time!”

“I can’t praise the team at Pet People highly enough. They cared for Bobby my diabetic border terrier for the last years of his life. I am absolutely sure that the wonderful care they gave him ensured that he never suffered and continued to enjoy life right up until the end. Every vet and all the support staff at the practice treated him - and me - with the same care and compassion and when he did eventually die at a great age, they looked after us both with such kindness. I’m happy to say we have a new puppy now. He had his first appointment this week. I can’t think of a better, kinder and more professional group of people to help me look after him.”

“We feel very lucky to have discovered Goulds Green Cattery after our usual cattery closed down. Our young rescue tabby is a very nervous cat but after dropping her off and seeing the cattery, we felt very happy that she would be very well cared for. “My kitten stayed here in December, his first time in a cattery. I was a very anxious cat mummy as Dylan is a rescue. I cannot praise this establishment enough. Not only did they post pictures and videos on their fb page . But they told me I could email if I was concerned. They replied promptly to all my emails and constantly reassured me . I had one very calm ,happy kitty when I returned from my holiday . So much so that I've booked him in for our holiday in July . The staff are so caring and so passionate about what they do , that no matter how anxious I feel about leaving my fur baby , I have every confidence that they will give him the same care and love as if he was their own and if I have a wobble they won't delay in letting me know that he is happy and ok . They even let me come and look round and meet the staff before his first stay . 10/10 on every aspect of my Dillsy's stay”

“Our two little dogs have never stayed in kennels before and we were a bit worried about leaving them so we thought we would try them out at Two Gates. We have just picked them up this morning after their two day holiday and we needn’t have worried at all. They came back so happy and clean and we could see they had been well looked after. Graham and his wife did a great job and you can tell this isn’t just a business to them they really do care about the animals. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and recommend them to any one.
