“If only I could give this hotel 10 stars. I am incredibly impressed with the customer orientation of Wilde Aparthotel Paddington, and particularly Guest Relations Manager Waris Boryali. We left a valuable item at the hotel after our most recent stay. Wilde, Waris, and team went above and beyond to secure our item and work with a courier service I hired to get the item back to us. Critically, their cleaning staff turned our item in. Additionally, Waris went out of his way to ensure that our item was packaged and safely kept for the courier pick up. He remained in touch with me consistently to give me updates about the item - he was incredibly responsive. The hotel has a WhatsApp messenger feature that is so convenient. I am absolutely indebted to these consummate professionals! We have stayed there annually and will continue to do so - you cant get rid of us now! And P.S. - the rooms are super cute with kitchenettes and sleeping accommodations to fit all needs. The hotel is ideally situated to walk, tube, bus or cab to all corners of London. “Great location, amazing and super helpful staff. Always there in the morning and evenings for a friendly greeting. Whatever you needed they were on it. Rooms were clean, bed comfy and amazing shower. Kitchen was well laid out and had all you would need. Also had a small balcony which was nice for fresh air in the morning.”

“Came here for the first time. Nice atmosphere. All the girls and ladies serving were lovely. They were attentive and making sure people were being looked after whether that meant clearing tables of finished plates or asking if anything else was required. This is a sign of a well run place. We were attended to very quickly for our order. Food and coffees came quickly. Coffee was good standard. Strong. Not weak like some other places. My sourdough and scrambled eggs were cooked nicely served with salad. Will come back for sure. Keep up the good work.”

“This was a great hotel! The location was really convenient for sightseeing and catching the train. Lots of decent restaurants nearby that I strongly suggest you check out instead of the restaurant across the street. A few convenience stores nearby too that came in handy. The rooms were clean and spacious, my only slight complaint are the faucets in the bathrooms. They made a huge mess everytime I washed my hands. But overall, awesome property and I highly recommend!”

“A very clean and accommodating hotel. Prime location. Absolutely centrally located to many of the city's attractions. Within walking distance or in some cases a 30 minute taxi ride or less to very popular areas of the city. The bar at Primo is well maintained, modern and impeccably clean. The bartender there the night we were there was a true professional. His name was Denis, and so far on our trip, he has been our favorite bartender with no close second. Drinks were spot on. He has a great personality and a great sense of humor. Bravo Park Plaza, you have gem on your hands in Denis.”

“Second time staying here. Hands down, best location in London from a connections standpoint. Fifteen minute walk from Liverpool station to connect you to Heathrow and several other tube stations close by. Easy walking through Shoreditch packed with great restaurants and great nightlife and pubs. One of the nicest hotels in London unless you want to spend £500 per night. Modern, beautifully decorated, generous size rooms for London standards, squeaky clean, an adequate gym with modern equipment, and a great lounge and bar. Will definitely be back and have had many colleagues stay here, all which were very impressed.”

There is a nice selection of coffees as well as a small selection of baked goods and sandwiches. The cappuccinos that I had during my stay were delicious! The best part of the experience were the staff. Alex and Tetiana were outstanding! Their commitment to excellence and professionalism were amazing. The atmosphere was electric, with dimly lit candles, flickering lanterns, and an eerie soundtrack that perfectly captured the essence of the Harry Potter universe. The puzzles and challenges were expertly crafted, requiring collaboration, creativity, and a dash of magical thinking. We navigated through a series of cleverly designed trials, from deciphering ancient spells to outsmarting mischievous magical creatures. Each obstacle led us closer to our ultimate goal: escaping the clutches of the Dark Lord himself! The game masters, Daniel and Will, were exceptional, providing subtle hints and guidance when needed, while allowing us to revel in our triumphs and learn from our mistakes. The 60-minute time limit flew by, and before we knew it, we were standing outside, beaming with pride, having successfully escaped the wizard's lair! If you're a Harry Potter fan, an escape room enthusiast, or simply seeking a unique adventure, "The Wizard's Escape" is an absolute must-try. Gather your friends, don your wizarding robes, and get ready to embark on an unforgettable quest!
