Gaz was professional but also super friendly, making the whole treatment feel relaxing and easy. They clearly know their stuff because my skin legit hasn't looked this good in ages. Plus, Gaz was so sweet and even gave me some lovely free samples for my before wedding skincare prep. “Got my little Suki spayed last week Friday. I'm so glad I came across this clinic by chance online. All the staff were very friendly and professional, smiles everywhere. I couldn't be happier with how everything went. I was really worried how she would heal or how she would be after her operation and she was totally fine, has healed so well and now have finally taken off the little kitten vest and she couldn't be any happier and healthier. I definitely recommend their clinic. Although it's a charity and it's free I made a small payment towards the surgery as its well deserved. I got a call from the clinic a week after Suki's surgery to check up on her and to see how she was healing and if I had any concerns or questions. Great service ”

“Amazing experience! They took me in when I was desperate because I kept bouncing from my GP to a pharmacy for the prescription of a medicine. The receptionist was kind enough to let me speak on the phone with Doctor Raj who then gave me an appointment. He was super kind and explained the pros and cons of the whole process and took me in twice without even charging me. He is caring, compassionate and such an expert! He explained everything very well and even went against his interest to suggest that it was not the right time for me to start this particular medication as I was still not completely ok. I highly recommend this clinic and pass my salutations to Doctor Raj, THANK YOU again!”

“UPDATE: Upon booking my next session i asked the person on the phone if we can make sure to have someone i know and like to do my treatment as i was a bit disappointed last time. She was very nice and reassured me. Later i was called by the office and offered a compensation for the treatment i was unhappy with. (Mind you, i have been with them for years and i have always been on time, kind and respectful) I love this place, they helped me so much with my skin and been going for laser treatment for years. But the fact that each person does it in a different way is not always helpful. The last person was moving the laser so quickly it only flashed on me in every 3rd spot. Now i am more hairy than i was the previous time after 8 weeks... Session wasted pretty much”
